Campfire gatheringAug. 10 is National S’mores Day, according to the Hershey Company, which says that the campfire classic and summer mainstay has been around for more than 80 years.
The chocolate- marshmallow-graham cracker creation has inspired a creative variety of desserts and treats.

    We make regular s’mores, with crisp brown-toasted marshmallows, melted chocolate and graham crackers. Those are the best! But sometimes we use strawberry marshmallows for a different taste that is surprisingly delicious!
