When I lived back home in Indiana, my mom and I worked out almost every day. We walked around our small town, and talked to neighbors (and each other!) on the way. I moved to Wichita about 2 years ago, and my mom is too far from me to work out with on a regular basis. However, I do go home every other month or so, and we walk the old neighborhood, just like we used to - almost like we never stopped.
