It’s spring and time to fire up the grill. We’re collecting grilling tips to share with WichiTalk readers. Do you have a no-fail grill recipe that takes center stage at cookouts every year? Have you found a type of charcoal or wood that makes grilling easier and quicker? Is there a grilling cookbook that you’ve just discovered and can’t wait to test out?
Click on “comments†to tell us how you spice up your outdoor cooking. At 5 p.m. Tuesday, we’ll randomly select one participant to receive a free kit containing eight different seasonings from Weber. The kit includes the company’s new “Grind’N Grill†spices that come in disposable, adjustable grinders. Flavors include Twisted Citrus Garlic, Kick’N Chicken, Six-pepper Infusion, Roasted Garlic & Herb and Chicago Steak.

Whenever my husband or I grill we always use Greek Seasoning. Greek Seasoning is great on everything from any kind of meat to just plain veggies. My personal favorites are putting it on pizza and shrimp! Greek Seasoning is so great my husband just eats it out of the container.
It’s yummy taking a big red onion, quartering, drizzling with some butter, drenching in Worcestershire. Wrap in foil, throw on the grill when you do the meat. When the meat is done, so is the onion. YUM-O!
Congrats to happygirl, whom we randomly selected as the winner of this week’s prize. Thanks to all who participated, and watch for future WichiTalk giveaways.
