It’s a Friday, which means you’re likely planning where to eat out this weekend.
When it comes to new restaurants, it seems that there are two kinds of people. The first have to eat at the newest place as soon as they can, regardless of the three-hour waits and crowds of people. The second would rather wait until the hype dies down and there’s open seating during normal dinner hours.
I’m torn because I love to see the newest, most-talked about places, but I hate wasting time waiting and waiting for my table. Thank goodness for call-ahead seating!
