How often do you cook at home?

Surveys show that most people eat a home-cooked dinner between three and five times a week.

I don’t know about you, but I’m lucky to hit three. And some weeks, that’s counting bagged salad topped with deli chicken. Some of my secrets to making time for homemade dinners:

  • My George Foreman Grill is great for seafood, pork chops and veggies.
  • If grilling or entertaining during the weekend, I make extra for leftovers. Sunday night’s steak makes great Monday night steak fajitas.
  • I shop for fresh fruits and veggies on Sunday so I have no excuse for not eating them once the busy week ramps up.

Each issue will feature meal ideas and tips from a woman who has cooked for some of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities. (You said you can’t feed your family like stars?)
