Rep. Mike Pompeo, R-Wichita, has been appointed to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. “I have long held great faith in our intelligence services, and I am excited at the prospect of working with them to ensure Americans’ national security,” Pompeo said in a statement. One of the issues that Pompeo needs to review is the Obama administration’s policy on using drones to kill suspected terrorists, including American citizens living abroad.
