Supreme Court will decide on insurance mandate

healthunclesamIf you’re keeping score, it’s now two federal judges upholding the insurance mandate of the health care law, and one judge ruling against it. As District Judge Henry Hudson of Virginia wrote this week in declaring the mandate unconstitutional, “the final word will undoubtedly reside with a higher court.” But there seems to be a troubling, partisan pattern to the rulings, as both of the judges who upheld the law were appointed by Bill Clinton, and Hudson was appointed by George W. Bush. Or is that just a coincidence?
