Given all the times Rush Limbaugh has dragged out old quotes to demagogue liberals, it’s rich that he is so upset about being sacked in his effort to buy the St. Louis Rams over racial comments he has made over the years. “This is about the ongoing effort by the left in this country, wherever you find them, in the media, the Democrat Party, or wherever, to destroy conservatism, to prevent the mainstreaming of anyone who is prominent as a conservative,” he said Wednesday on his radio show. “Therefore, this is about the future of the United States of America and what kind of country we’re going to have.”

What a complete sell out and joke you are Phillip.
The problem isn’t about pulling out a quote on someone. The problem is that they were pulling out FABRICATED quotes which Limbaugh never said and painting Limbaugh as a Racist and Bigot when he is not.
That is the problem.
And if you even had an ounce of jounralistic integrity you might have presented this topic a bit more fair.
Of course, I have not come to expect much from the Editorial staff at the Eagle which is probably why this blog and your paper are pretty much garbage.
Hee HEE!
Another Rush pity party.
Phillip, do you think that it is okay to deny someone the right to engage in commerce in this country because of his political language? Isn’t this just a wee bit troubling to you? As a journalist? What good is “free speech” if you are prevented from making financial decisions because you didn’t think “correctly?”
I think I saw 3 or 4 questionable comments attributed to Limbaugh over what, about 23 years? And two of those were made up.
So, five days a week, 3 hours a day for 23 years is about 17,000 hours of material they (Media Splatters) have to draw from. And that’s the best they could do?
Nope, just an orchestrated campaign by the likes of race pimps Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. And they folded quicker than a 9 high draw.
To watch the deceit prevail is disheartening.
It’s some ‘vast left-wing conspirancy’ (heh heh)
I think Nathanial and Outlander hit the nail about on the head.
But fabrication’s OK, because he’s a conservative. Right?
Pity poor Rush! He makes millions of dollars a year helping people cut their own throats. How DARE the people tell him “no!” to anything his royal bloatedness demands!
Phillip-
WHOOOSH!!!
Swing and a miss, Felipe!
I think it’s all just a bunch of excuses. Let the fat bloviating swine buy whatever he can afford.
But maybe, just maybe it’s a matter that nobody in the NFL want’s to deal with the SOB.
This is the NFL’s deal. If they don’t want Rush to own the team, so freakin be it. It is the NFL’s decision.
Could be many factors.
But, let this have been a black American. Boy howdie we’d see the libruhls on here screeching.
Could be many factors.
======================
Mainly race hustlers like Rev. Al & Jesse.
Don’t doubt it Anti. And the fact that those two jackasses may have an impact on advertising dollars. If so, that is a shame.
Racism is alive and well and those two jackasses have made their fortunes promoting it and creating it out of thin air.
Anyone ever researched the Rainbow Coalition
Mob tactics in action.
All I can say is that if I were a black football player, I wouldn’t even consider playing for a blatant racist like Rush. Seems like the rest of the owners looked reality in the face and knew he wouldn’t be good for the team.
All I can say is that if I were a black football player, I wouldn’t even consider playing for a blatant racist like Rush.
====================================
No.
You would run your fat mouth about it and then take the money like the rest of them. I doubt many of the players have very many internal moral battles.
C.R.E.A.M.
After all Jed, we are talking about players who complain about making only a few million to play a game. They lost the moral high ground a long time ago.
BTW Jed, isn’t the NFL racist?
Where are all the White players?
Perhaps the good Rev. Al should address this injustice!
Wow, the future of America hinges on whether OxyRush gets his ball team! Who Knew?
Wow, the future of America hinges on whether OxyRush gets his ball team! Who Knew?
=================================
It was extremely important to the race baiters, like Al and Jesse.
(I didn’t realise they were such big players in the NFL)
One of the people turning Rush down is married to a Fox commentator, how librul is that?
It’s pretty obvious someone in St. Louis came to the realization they might not be successful in the NFL by fielding the Lily-White Rams.
The sheep in Rams’ clothing.
But the reaction among WE Blog CONs inspires me.
The new anchor tenant for InTrust Arena should be the “Wichita Globetrotters!”
Just as Abe Saperstein created the Harlem Globetrotters when African-Americans were prevented from competing in professional sports, Limbaugh can put together a team of fat angry white WE Blog posters and barnstorm the world with their basketball highjinks!
Monkeyhawk,
Or…
We can start a “plantation” where the “slaves” make millions a year….and then the can btich about it….
Fight the Power!
Libtards.
then they…dammit.
Liberal editor doesn’t know the difference between a lie and old news.
That’s hilarious.
Limbaugh can’t swallow own medicine
Well, that is, unless you’re talking about off the street Oxycontin, then he can swallow it by the handfulls!
If it were me I’d make a large contribution to Reverend Sharpton’s fund (whatever that is), so there will be sugar for the flies. Then next time something comes up, wave a similar amount of cash in front of the Rev’s face and see if he folds.
Money talks Bee ESS walks.
“The problem isn’t about pulling out a quote on someone. The problem is that they were pulling out FABRICATED quotes which Limbaugh never said and painting Limbaugh as a Racist and Bigot when he is not.
“That is the problem.”
Really? The most frequently cited quote with regards to the NFL is Limbaugh’s mind numbingly dumb statement about Donovan McNabb. And the other dumb statement he made about what a NFL football game “looks like” has been documented as well. So, the two infamous quotes directly relating to the NFL are not fabricated.
Here is a review of the commonly listed “racist” quotes from Limbaugh. Precisely half (5) are at the very least inadequately supported, if not fabricated. The other 5 though, are bad enough.
http://www.snopes.com/politics/quotes/limbaugh.asp
If a large number of players would have refused to play for a franchise with Limbaugh’s name attached to it, it would be a bad business decision to allow the purchase to take place.
From my understanding, Limbaugh and his partners (or really, Limbaugh as one of David Checkett’s partners) did not have the money to buy the franchise anyway.
This has nothing to do with trying to “destroy conservatism”. It has to do with a loud mouth getting a loudmouth in trouble.
And that’s reality.
Limbaugh can’t swallow own medicine, because he can’t get a prescription, so either he’ll have to have it prescribed to a friend, or he’ll have to purchase someone elses off the street. Poor conservative rush just doesn’t know how to be mainstream!
It has to do with a loud mouth getting a loudmouth in trouble.

NFL Owners Who Use the N-Word and Wet Their Pants On Stage
http://bighollywood.breitbart.com/sright/2009/10/16/nfl-owners-who-use-the-n-word-and-wet-their-pants-on-stage/
The reality is that Rush Limbaugh has Bo Snerdley, a black man, as his number 2 on the show.
Rush Limbaugh also frequently has two black men, Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams, host his show while he is away.
Even the attempts to portray Rush as a racist or bigot, based soley on a couple of quotes which are not racist or bigoted, is simply a sham.
Sure, one could have the subjective view that they are “bad” or “bad enough” but to say they accurately paint Rush as a Racist? A Bigot? When the man has been on air for most of his life now, doing nothing but talking?
It is not intellectually honest at all and the Rush Limbaugh haters know it.
“Amidst the uproar over Rush Limbaugh having to step aside from his participation in the bid to purchase the NFL’s St. Louis Rams over racially insensitive statements he never actually made, is the fact that current ACTUAL owners of an NFL team have said much worse than the false and the left says nothing.”
http://bighollywood.breitbart.com/sright/2009/10/16/nfl-owners-who-use-the-n-word-and-wet-their-pants-on-stage/
Ya know what this is Reeeeeeallly about?
It’s about Rush Limbaugh’s ego. Everybody is supposed to love him. He’s ok with people hating him only so long as he can roll over them and have more than they do.
A significant number of people hate him. And because of that, in spite of his millions, there are things that he can’t have. That’s GOTTA hurt!
Good! I hope he chokes on it.
Hey BlueJay,
In the words of Fergie, huge Obama supporter and part owner of the Miami Dolphins, “If you ain’t got no money take your broke a** home”.
Yeah, you people aren’t hypocrites.
Your comment is awaiting moderation.
More from the Leftist NFL owners;
“And the game done chose me to bring pain to ni-ggas and puzzy holes, they one in the same.” – I’m Real, co-written by Jennifer Lopez, minority owner of the Miami Dolphins.
This has nothing to do with trying to “destroy conservatism”.
========================
Well, it sure as hell looks that way.
Maybe you should correct the Rev. Al and the Leftist NFL owners mentioned in the above article.
Double standard?
BTW, the class act Fergie pizzed herself on stage.
Oh boy.
Sean Hannity calls this “an atrocity”.
We have people in this country who are dying for lack of health care. We have homeless people and hungry people.
But all that stuff is just part of the furniture. Rush Limbaugh getting told “no”, THAT’S “an atrocity”.
LOL!
Envy, hatred, ignorance and hypocracy. Nothing like a ‘Rush’ thread to bring out the best in the liberals.
Rush is going after them!
This whole thing is nothing but a publicity stunt started by Rush to make him the center of attention again. Perhaps Glenn Beck was posing too much of a threat to the GOP leader Rush?
Looks like the Ridiculous Right wing of the Republican Party is commencing to devour each other over their own perceived importance or is that impotence?
Besides, if Rush truly believes in the free market and capitalism – then he should be the first to support the NFL’s right to choose who they want to own a team and who to they choose to kick to the curb.
If Rush continues to whine about this, then perhaps he is not a true capitalist or free market person after all?
Or maybe he is just a big crybaby like his too-close-for-comfort nemesis – Glenn Beck?
It’s a strange twisted world you live in, totoinks.
Does the handler know you’re on the web again?

Toto as usual you just don’t get it. Rush is controversial but it isn’t legal to slander him with lies. A law firm in NY has been doing just that. He is calling them on it. CNN had to acknowledge that they reported lies. MSNBC of course won’t apologize they are still getting that tingly leg thing.
Free market is exactly what it is about. I’m enjoying seeing it play out. Finally the left is getting their heads handed to them because they did pick on a well do to person who will go after them. Every day he exposes more of their warts.
What a laugh.
You know Toto I never listened to Beck until I heard the dim bloggers complaining about him. He makes some very good points. Tells it like it is. I can see why the left wants him gone.
They’re running scared. He is shining the light of day on their shenanigans.
Boy that leftist boycott is putting the hurt on him. He rules his time slot by hundreds of thousands.
Well Glenn Beck is about your intelligence level there okie.
Maybe even a little above.
Fatmouth Rush believes that if people hate him, he has power over them.
That would seem to be incorrect!
And back to the thread topic –
Rush didn’t swallow his own medicine.
He ground it up and snorted it.
He went deaf from it, a common consequence of Hillbilly Heroin addiction.
You gotta be on drugs to say the stuff Limbaugh does.
Fortunately for him, his listeners believe it on lukewarm Busch Light in the cab of the pick-up truck.
BlueJay,
You spout off as if you knew something, yet look at you…you have nothing, you live like a pauper, and can’t even take care of your own kid. Fact!
Yet you hate anyone that has the work ethic and ability to succeed.
What a mouth with no substance!
Rush wins on this now matter which way it goes.
Ha ha ha!
Swallow that libs.
now = no
HLP,
You are so right.
Rush pokes the libs as if they are constipated over gassed pigs and laughs, as I do, when they explode.
Id’s cald proofreeding, “Boxlock20.”
Trie id sumtime.
As usual the Chimp has nothing to offer but petty criticisms.
What a small timer, mentally and in every other aspect that I can tell.
And by the way Chimp, anything I post for you to read is not worth the time to proof read.
You see, I think very little of you and what you think. Very little indeed.
And the bigot/racist Boxlock thinks he owns the Blog again… maybe Phillip should straighten him/her out some time… ROFL!!
SHOVE IT, Boxlicker
A little late but I figured bawks would put on his big red nose and too big shoes to come out for Limbaugh.
You are a tool bawks. Rush won’t be directing any football teams and will be free to continue to direct you.
Perhaps you should stick to your area of expertise, “Boxlock20″ –
Y’know, about the presidency of Thomas Jefferson between January 20, 1777 and January 20, 1781.
Rush is going to have an op-ed in the WSJ, can’t wait to read it.
The sliming of his character is being done by a NY legal firm with connections to the Obama administration.
This could get a lot better!
“Rush is going to have an op-ed in the WSJ, can’t wait to read it.”
Oh me neither. I just love to read a clown man cry.
The “sliming” of Rush Limbaugh’s “character?! –
He pretty much beat us to it.
Ha, look at how the pigs squeal when they get poked a little. I just love it.
BlueJay is just plain worthless, the Chimp petty, Chas we all know is a fake preacher and heretic, and yet they mouth off as if anybody really cared what they thought.
Play in your wallow boys, I’m off to bed to read a little.
Yo Rush?
You lose. Seems there are some things money can’t buy.
“SHOVE IT, Boxlicker”, Chas the insane faux preacher
My my faux preacher, do you use that language from the pulpit?
What a two faced fake and a liar, no one would have you even touching the gospel, no one sincere anyway, and after they discover the real you.
Oh and vicariously?
You lose too Hank and bawks.
Rush is hated. Those who support him are hated. Increasingly, we will see such people unable to buy favor,
By the way Chas, guess who really does know the real you!
Right BlueJay,
And that’s why Rush is the most listened to radio program on the air and still growing.
What an idiot you prove yourself to be, repeatedly.
Guess who doesn’t know and has never met you bawks?
Well. The whole forum.
So much for “Boxlock20″ going off to read himself to sleep.
Say, “Good night, moon.”
DENIED!
That was the answer to Rush. You cons better get used to it. Along with exposed, for the garbage you really are.
“. . .vicariously?”
Pretty big word for you, scooter.
Are you sure you know what it means? Rush isn’t a loser, it aint over. No way I’m a loser, I’m enjoying the show.
so a millionaire who can’t afford to buy the team on his own wants to suck off the hind tit of richer guys.
isn’t that some kind of socialism?
a white race baiter who makes millions off YOU.
lol
send YOUR money in he needs it.
really.
he says you know anybody can get rich in america…
just say things that make 75% of americans HATE you and the other 25% are dumb enough to make YOU RICH.
i think he’s got a valid point there.
Well what Rush can’t help is many millions wishing he was dead there Hank. I’m pleased to extend the sentiment to you.
I think it is because Rush Limbaugh is Gay! He has to be otherwise why would he have gone on a trip with four men and a month supply of Viagra?
The US Supreme Court said that private clubs/companies can pick and choose whomever they want to join or keep out. This made a lot of old white money country clubs very happy which I am sure ol’ Rush is a member of at least one.
This was all just a media stunt. No one ever said evil was stupid.
What a joke. The NFL has the right to align themselves with whoever they want to, and it’s not as much about race as it’s about $$$. They don’t want to worry about what this racist turd will say on his radio show on a daily basis, so they told him to take a hike. Good for them. An example of the free market that Rush so champions every day.
As far as it being fabricated, I heard him play “Barack the Magic Negro” with my own ears. I heard his comments about the NFL looking like bloods vs. crips and Donovan McNabb with my own ears. He is a racist. It’s out there, and if he says he didn’t say those things, he’s a liar as well.
“Guess who doesn’t know and has never met you bawks?
Well. The whole forum.”—BlueJay
So what’s your point.
Feeling a little insecure here BlueJay, a little underwhelming in relation to others, feel like you have to put an eye on everyone to confirm you are even apart of the same species.
I have no such needs or insecurities and am my own boss, not you jerk.
sully you idiot child. Ck the LA times for the source of ‘The Magic Negro’ comment. Writer why are you spreading old garbage this morning.
The media had to back off of their lies. But I guess the dim bloggers are much more stupid and keep spreading the smelly garbage. Guess they don’t know that stench hangs on them long after the lies are disproved in public.
I like Hank am glad Rush is going after the NY law firm spreading the lies. They even went so far as changing facts to lies in Wiki, that reliable liberal ‘reference’ page.
Libs don’t have much to crow about today. A healthcare plan that is dead in the water even though they own the WH, and both houses of congress, a cap and trade that is dead unless they want to give away the next election cycle, a prez that hasn’t fulfilled ‘one’ of his campaign promises.
They don’t have much to celebrate these days.
I’M not diminished if I can’t buy into a football team there bawks.
Maha Rushie must be.He and you and the whole dittohead crew can’t seem to come to terms with the realization that a whole lot of people don’t like him.
“I heard his comments about the NFL looking like bloods vs. crips and Donovan McNabb with my own ears.”
Now Sully we have beat that McNabb comment to death so I won’t go into it but the bloods vs crips remark – what is your problem with that. These are both violent gangs who frequently main and murder. His reference was to the amount of illegal hitting on the field that was injuring some very good players.
Now are you insinuating that this is a racist comment? What is wrong with you? Are you saying that blacks are the only people in gangs. You libs are so racist you don’t even recognize it in yourselfs and so you try to project it to others.
You guys really have a problem seeing a boogie man behind every comment.
“I mean, let’s face it, we didn’t have slavery in this country for over 100 years because it was a bad thing. Quite the opposite: slavery built the South. I’m not saying we should bring it back; I’m just saying it had its merits. For one thing, the streets were safer after dark.”
Rush Limbaugh
Yeah, sure BLueJay.
http://www.snopes.com/politics/quotes/limbaugh.asp
Willfully ignorant, or willfully lying?
1. I mean, let’s face it, we didn’t have slavery in this country for over 100 years because it was a bad thing. Quite the opposite: slavery built the South. I’m not saying we should bring it back; I’m just saying it had its merits. For one thing, the streets were safer after dark. (Limbaugh has denied making this quote, but due to his history of lying we are investigating the matter)

The NFLowners group can pick their own members. THe checkers group can pick their won investors. Rightlyor wrongly, they did what we all espouse as being a tenant of the free amrket. Time to move on. However, those who screamed the loudest, like the Reverend Al Sharpton, did so with blood stained hands. Too bad any body listened
Bluejay unless you can show facts and give a real source other than your dim friends then it stands as repudiated. Even CNN with a lot more resources than you had to admit that statement was never made.
You and others like you are why Limbaugh is spending his money to run this lying campaign to ground. It will be interesting to see who is hiding under the leaves. Might be the same people who are trying to quiet the opposition to their plans to socialize our country.
Have a great day I have youth football waiting for me.
Rush said it.
I believe that he said it. And that is the end of it. Perhaps Rush would be interested in buying into your peewee football team? I hear he’s looking to be mistaken as mainstream.
“Rush said it.
I believe that he said it.”
Says far more about you….than him
The NFL judged him not by the color of his skin, but by the content of his character. And they didn’t like what they saw.

I am surprised that Limbaugh would want to buy into a socialistic organization like the NFL.
Consider:
Revenue in the NFL is shared equally by all 32 teams.
Individual TV contracts or endorsements are not allowed for teams.
There is a mandatory salary cap for team payrolls.
There is a mandatory salary floor for team payrolls, as well.
Players receive about 55% of league revenue by contract.
Players earn full pension benefits after about four years of play.
Player movement between teams is strictly regulated.
The weaker teams play the easiest (out of division) schedules the following year.

Hahaha!
Do you know how many billions are made in merchandising themes and stuff with good old capitalistic values?
“Do you know how many billions are made in merchandising themes and stuff with good old capitalistic values?”
Equally shared between all 32 teams.

I think you’re confusing collective bargaining and contract with socialism Clark.

—————–
Sorry, NFL teams are franchises and independently owned corporations.
That’s how franchises work to a certain extent.
Franchise – A form of business organization in which a firm which already has a successful product or service (the franchisor) enters into a continuing contractual relationship with other businesses (franchisees) operating under the franchisor’s trade name and usually with the franchisor’s guidance, in exchange for a fee.
Even a lot of stadiums are formed under corporations.
“I think you’re confusing collective bargaining and contract with socialism ”
No, I am not. The NFL is a collection of 32 teams that SHARE revenue, TV contract revenue, merchandising, licensed product, etc.
When you buy a Tony Romo jersey, it is licensed by the NFL. The revenue is contributed to the collective NFL pool, not the Dallas Cowboys.
Do you think that Jerry Jones can negotiate a separate TV contract for the Cowboys, Regular?
Nope – the league has contracts with four networks, Fox Sports, CBS, ESPN and the NFL Network.
Each team receives an equal share of those contracts.
He never said the quotes the left made up about him. You pack journalists just make stuff up, quote one another, and don’t bother to investigate, as long as the quote fits your biases. Bluejay, you are citing a made-up quote yourself, but you believe it because you hate Rush. Cite when and where he allegedly said that. You will find you can’t. He didn’t.
True enough Clark, they have revenue sharing via contract law, which is not socialism.
Some of the more successful teams have revenues from the teams that are not included in the franchise sharing.
The New York Giants have Personal Seat Licenses that sell as much as one million dollars per year. These licenses are not part of the franchise sharing and sent to the corporation owning the stadium.
Concessions aren’t part of the NFL sharing either.
“Some of the more successful teams have revenues from the teams that are not included in the franchise sharing.”
No kidding. Those are STADIUM revenues, not team revenues. Some of that revenue goes to the team and the balance goes to the owners of the stadium, which may or may not be the team. Some teams own their stadiums, many do not. Dallas owns it’s stadium, as does NE, the Chiefs do not.
Stadiums are not part of the NFL package.

Revenues are shared equally without regard for on-field performance. The Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers received the same share of NFL revenue as did the 0-16 Detroit Lions.
Sounds pretty doggone socialistic to me.
Sounds pretty doggone socialistic to me.
================
Similar in concept, but it’s different because of written contracts and certain exclusionary clauses either written or not written.
It also can be a cruel device. Wasn’t it Toronto that lost their professional team because they couldn’t generate enough TV revenue so they sent/sold the team franchise to Baltimore or some such place – don’t remember.
I’m just surprised that Limbaugh would even want to involve himself in a business endeavor where excellence isn’t rewarded financially. Seems like the basic business model of the league would run counter to his core principles.
You’re thinking of the Montreal Expos franchise becoming the Washington Senators and relocating to D.C. in MLB. The NFL model does have the advantage of maintaining stability and results in very little in the way of franchise relocation, save Al Davis and the Raiders moving up and down the coast of California from time to time.
“Bluejay, you are citing a made-up quote ”
Prove it.
Limbaugh has recordings of every show he’s ever done. Why doesn’t he just release the recordings or transcripts of the dates in question? He could clear all this up real fast. What’s he trying to hide? Hmmm?
“It also can be a cruel device. Wasn’t it Toronto that lost their professional team because they couldn’t generate enough TV revenue so they sent/sold the team franchise to Baltimore or some such place – don’t remember.” [REG]
Nice red herring, Reg… You just slide right from the NFL, and give us a case scenario right out of MLB… (Baseball, for those in Rio Rancho) —
It was the Montreal Expos… they were sold — the buyers petitioned MLB to move their franchise to Washington, D. C. and to re-name them from the Expo’s to the Nationals…
Say, that’s RIGHT Thomas.
Fat mouth routinely brags that every hour of his show is preserved for history for some “Rush Limbaugh wing in the museum of broadcasting” that he imagines will survive him.
IF he didn’t say it, let him prove it.
Jay, he also brags every day that he has “Talent on loan from ‘GawD-uh’” Maybe GawD-uh can bail him out??
OR, maybe this is alll a sign that ‘Gawd-uh’ is calling in the Loan??? :-))
“SFreader” nails it –
“The NFL judged him not by the color of his skin, but by the content of his character. And they didn’t like what they saw.”
And then the Round Mound of Reactionary Sound whines and plays the victim card.
People don’t want to do business with Limbaugh.
Simple as that.
I’d guess people such as “ANTI,” “Boxlock20,” “wichhick,” and “okobserver” probably don’t want to go into business with me. “HLP” thinks I have a viable lawsuit against them.

That “dadman” thinks, even for an instant, that it’s okay to post something like that about someone says something truly horrible about him. He should be deeply ashamed.

Here is the essence of Rush’s problem.
(Besides his outsized ego and other personality disorders)
10 million people love him.
But 50 million people hate his living guts and another 5 billion people do not know who he is.
“10 million people love him.”

that’s 25 million to you . . . brainless

Dadman, so you’re saying Rush is a liar when he brags about his archive of his old shows? Are you claiming that the “Best of Rush” reruns are broadcast out of thin air, that they aren’t compiled from old tapes?
Really?
That’s funny.
“that’s 25 million to you .”
And even if that were true?
You’re still outnumbered. Dittohead trash.

Dadman, ALL of Rush’s shows are recorded, complete with commercials…. As for YOU, you should be RECORDED, and sent somewhere for LYING!!!

The BrownLib has great Fear of the 1st Amendment.
“Dadman, ALL of Rush’s shows are recorded, complete with commercials…. As for YOU, you should be RECORDED, and sent somewhere for LYING!!!”
=======================================
Prove it
I read on the Internet an accusation that Chas raped a 13-year old.
If it’s in print, then it must be true, at least that was the Lib Press approach to attacking Rush.
If that approach works for Libs, then it must work for Cons too.
Granny,
You don’t even want to get me started on what I heard about you.
Daniel in dim lib world you guys think you have the right to say what you want so go for it. I heard you were a pervert too.
Truth has never stoped the dims here before why let it hamper you now.
Daniel, you still think I should ignore this Siht??? or what???
Dadman…. http://www.rushlimbaugh.com
All of the show archives are there….
That was already posted once today… Guess you didnt see it…
Chas,
Or What.

Show us the great power of Chas, as he rises after midnight from the pumpkin patch, to deliver and entice children on this hallowed ween.
If it’s in print and true about Rush, then Chas anything in print about you must be true too.
Do you not see the point made by Dadman and others yet?
You try and convict conservatives based on the accusations made. Yet for some reason, you don’t understand how that same tactic can be used against YOU.
So Chas, stand-up for Rush and yourself, and speak-out against those who are unjustly accused.
It appears that Chas can’t swallow his own medicine.
Johnson, you stupid mental case… I havent SAID anything about RUSH — not all dday!!
Looks like you be LYIN again, psycho…
Dadman asked for proof of recorded programs… I posted the links….
You got a problem with that??? PSYCHO-babble idiot???
The problem with rush was he swallowed too much of both his and other peoples medicine.
From Limbaugh’s own website:
http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/rush_24_7_archives.guest.html
“Use the Website Archive links below to visit the homepage — or the Audio Archives link to view the Audio Page — for a specific day in the past month. You can also download entire shows as MP3s, and watch the Dittocam Video streams with Windows Media Player or RealPlayer. Click on the “AM Update Video” links to download Rush’s Morning Update Video Podcast in QuickTime format.”
He only keeps the past month available, but his archives go all the way back. He’s said so on his show. If he hasn’t said the things he’s accused of, he can release the transcripts or the recordings.
Isn’t that what all you birthers keep saying about Obama’s birth certificate?
“He only keeps the past month available, but his archives go all the way back. He’s said so on his show.”
I can confirm that. He says it all the time. Rush Limbaugh is a racist. All cons are racists.

How long will it take okobserver, donndublin, and Raptor to provide proof of okobserver’s false claim that Al Gore made “millions” from AIT?
Right you are Tommi. Limbaugh archives them for the Limbaugh wing of the Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
Anyway, Media Matters has all of Limbaugh’s shows cataloged, sectioned, cross-sectioned, indexed and spliced. And they still got nothing.
Lib world is a very strange place.

“Media Matters has documented at least 28 examples of Limbaugh making racially charged remarks”
Well then, I guess MonkeyHock and Limbaugh have a lot in common. Both snarky, irreverent radio talk show hosts. But the primate even carries it bit further as he is the blog’s most prolific user of the “N” word.
Sure they did Cosmos. Define racially charged. Criticizing a black guy? I’m sure we wouldn’t agree.
And what if a comment is “racially charged”? Are we so sensitive that we can’t handle freedom of speech? The dividers on the left certainly try to racially charge everything. Everything is a race issue. They get farther and farther from MLK ideals every day.
“Are we so sensitive that we can’t handle freedom of speech?”
Freedom of speech has freedom of consequences.
Limbaugh can say whatever he wants – the NFL can respond in anyway they want.
TS, Rush.
The NFL didn’t make a decision to exclude Limbaugh. It was a private investment group that did the excluding.
“The NFL didn’t make a decision to exclude Limbaugh”
Who said that they did, Regular?
NFL players, the head of the players union, at least one owner and the commissioner stated that they would not support a Limbaugh ownership partnership.
THEN, Checketts group gave Rush the boot.
Not until.

I think the problem is that Limbaugh can’t seem to criticize President Obama without interjecting the issue of race into said criticism. Why else would Limbaugh refer to President Obama as ‘the Magic Negro,’ ‘Halfrican-American,’ or ‘the little black man-child’?
As far a freedom of speech goes, I believe Limabaugh has the right to say whatever he wants on his radio show and I haven’t seen anyone call for him to be removed from his position. Limbaugh is entitled to his freedom of speech but seems to have forgotten that exercising that freedom of speech carries no guarantee of protection from the consequences of that free speech. I feel no more sympathy for Limbaugh than I did for Ward Churchill who’s exercise of his free speech rights cost him his faculty position at the University of Colorado. Actions have consequences…most children are cognizant of this fact.
Why do people seem shocked that a potential ownership group, seeking to buy a franchise in the highest profile professional sports league in the United States, decided that they could increase their chances of securing a franchise by dumping Limbaugh and all the racially divisive baggage that he brings with him?
Is this really so hard to understand?

Obama the ‘Magic Negro’
The Illinois senator lends himself to white America’s idealized, less-than-real black man.

AS EVERY CARBON-BASED life form on this planet surely knows, Barack Obama, the junior Democratic senator from Illinois, is running for president. Since making his announcement, there has been no end of commentary about him in all quarters — musing over his charisma and the prospect he offers of being the first African American to be elected to the White House.
But it’s clear that Obama also is running for an equally important unelected office, in the province of the popular imagination — the “Magic Negro.”

Daniel you are obviously too lazy or just not capable of googling so I will help you out. Yes Rush played the song but as you can see he wasn’t the one who coined the phrase. Have you written to the author of this piece voicing your displeasure. About demanding his firing.
Coward.
Rational adults wouldn’t bother defending or ridiculing an entertainer. You like that form of entertainment or you don’t. Shouldn’t it be left to personal tastes?

Where in my post did I assert that Limbaugh coined the phrase? Why does it matter who coined the phrase?
I said that Limbaugh referred to Obama as ‘the Magic Negro’ and I stand by my assertion. If you don’t believe me, feel free to follow this link and here the man’s own words in his own voice.

“I said that Limbaugh referred to Obama as ‘the Magic Negro’ and I stand by my assertion. “–Daniel
Is he not a Negro, or mixed anyway?
Is he not “Magic”, at least according to his mindless followers?
He’s done nothing, yet is revered by all those that blindly listen only to his words, and not his actions and accomplishments.
