Just three days after advocating that the United States get out of Afghanistan, Washington Post columnist George Will has turned to Iraq, declaring it an “illusion that Iraq is smoothly transitioning to a normality free of sectarian violence” and decrying the continued use of the U.S. military “to improve the instincts of corrupt elites” in Iraq. He concludes: “If, in spite of contrary evidence, the U.S. surge permanently dampened sectarian violence, all U.S. forces can come home sooner than the end of 2011. If, however, the surge did not so succeed, U.S. forces must come home sooner.”

We are correct that every time a Democratic Liberal gets into office, it’s all about TAX and SPEND.
As long as Iran lives next door to Iraq, they will continue to ’stir the pot’ with Shiite driven shenanigans.
I’ve come to the conclusions that some countries deserve and need Dictators because of their inability to separate religious ideology from running their governmental affairs. Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran and others may be those countries.

Losing a war, even an unnecessary one is political suicide. Every politician knows that. Remember, Nixon was elected to get us the hell out of Vietnam, and it took him 5 years of hard work to withdraw with even a bit of national dignity left. Wars are a whole lot easier to get into than out of, something these hawks need to remember!
We need to declare victory and leave Iraq NOW. They want us gone and we need to be gone. What happens after we are gone is up to the Iraqis. If they wanna fight and the country falls apart, not our problem.
