More people competing for jobs

jobhuntIf it seems harder to get a job, that’s because it is. Job seekers now outnumber job openings 6-to-1. That is the worst ratio since the government began tracking open positions in 2000, the New York Times reported. Only 2.4 million full-time permanent jobs were open in July, with 14.5 million people officially unemployed, according to the U.S. Labor Department.

It truly is tough out there. My sympathies for those out of working, and ardently looking. But, many people are using the time, and available government programs, to retrain for new careers. That can’t be all bad

But, any respectable, ‘real’ Republican does not need a government program to retrain for a new career – do they?

They need to practice what they preach – do it on your own without any help fro that evil government!

Maybe they need to learn to go to the Lord’d diner for their meals and the free health clinic for their health care.

Oh no, Republicans can’t lower themselves to do that – they would rather get free help from that evil government that they profess to hate so much!

The answer for this is more Government provided help for people.

People not dependent on an employer for their sustenance and health care are unwilling to be exploited. This FORCES employers to pay more and provide better benefits to the people they exploit.

What we NEED is a system that helps people be ready, willing and able to tell their employer “you need me more than I need you.” THEN the employers will be forced to respect and value their workers.

Bluejay says he will not work for the “man”,

So he wants “Big brother” to take care of him.

If thats the case, than he should stop burning big brother’s flag
