“Outside of the Capitol, no one knows who I am. They don’t know that I’m the governor.” — Gov. Mark Parkinson, on his new blog, on trying to get a pizza delivered to Cedar Crest and being mistaken in St. Louis for a member of his security detail
“Rep. Tiahrt’s campaign logo looks like he stole it off of a note passed to him by a 13 year-old girl.” — An unnamed “former state party official” to Politico’s Shenanigans blog, about the logo’s “T” and heart

Is Gov. Mark Parkinson’s so-called “blog” really a blog? It’s looks more like a propaganda sheet. In my opinion, blogs are two-way conversations, furnishing both the commenter and commentee the opportunity to communicate.
Big mistake.
The masses need a movie star leader. Someone they can pray to. Someone they can consider a savior. Someone who can talk a lot of sheat, is popular, but not very effective.
Can Obama perhaps fill to positions at once? I’m just saying, if he can walk on water, he could maybe serve as our govenor and president at the same time.
Besides, as states rights diminish – who needs a gov anymore?
All we need is The One.
A lot of 13 year old girls must have voted in Olathe straw poll!
Tiahrt just knows how to communicate at his constituents level, nothing wrong with that. Perhaps he should use more pictures and less words. Something like a story board.
