Since in your mind, there’s SOOOOOOO many deaths associated with doctor/hosptial malfesance, why don’t you open your local Yellow Pages and tell me how many “Personal Injury” lawyers you see vs “Personal Fatality” lawyers. Don’t forget the back cover…it’s ALWAYS an injury lawyer. Or maybe you can provide link to all these fines getting handed out for frivolous lawsuits. My ex-monster-in-law filed no less than 15 “personal injury” suits while I was married to its daughter…never once fined…made a nice living for herself settling out of court on every scam possible.
