What’s next? Border Patrol agents who are illegal immigrants?

Remember the company that hired illegal immigrants to build the border fence? Here’s more ironic news: Five of the people who cleaned the home of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff were undocumented. “Our Homeland Security can’t police their own home. How can they police our borders?” complained the owner of the cleaning company.

How about said owner loses his company as well?

Good point. That’s why we need a modern barrier with all the electronic survellence equipment available today!

Start here, at the border. That’s where it all begins.

I don’t see how it is Chertoff’s problem. He went through an agency not finding the individual on his own.

ALL business owners are required to fill out an I9 for all of their employees. This requires that the employee provided two forms of proof of identy.

This isn’t Chertoffs problem and I hope they fine the company big time. This makes it hard for all honest employers.

The owner’s comment, what is that, is he trying to shift the blame for his deceit?

Looks to me that they are doing their policing. How is it that they found out about the owner using illegal immigrants?

Who asks for documentation for something like that? Well, maybe the head of Homeland Security would/should.

When my roof was recently replaced, I didn’t ask the Mexicans up there for their papers. Hard working folk, for sure. Glad to have them.

Ditto my roof outlander. Had to listen to mexican music for a few days on the roof, but hey I got a very very good price on the roof.

Less than half the cost the local company bid.

We have criminals running our highest offices and corporations, so why would this be any different? This “war on Terror” and “Heimatsicherheit” are nothing but inside jokes (we’re on the ouside of course).

But we do need more Predator drones and chips and thought-police and…

It takes more than 5 people to clean his house? Think about that one for a sec.

He used the cleaning service for 4 years. I am assuming there were 5 people (at least) that cleaned the home over that time. Not all at once.

Good idea, they speak the language and those Mexicans know how to take a bribe willingly.

Remember, this is the administration that uses terrorism to fight terrorism. The only time we should expect a good result coming from the Bush regime is when something they do doesn’t completely fall apart.

Maybe he’s just a bit piggy? And it never states the illegals were Mexican, so I’m wondering if they were actually Jahidists. Now wouldn’t that be sumpin’.

It just shows how overrun we’re becoming. Just can’t swing a feather duster without hitting an undocumented menial laborer.

A GOOD idea. Problem is, business is in it for the money.

The GOVERNMENT should be building the barrier. And they should do it with Mexican invader labor.

Those who accomodate the subversion or our American workers should go to jail. That should INCLUDE any citizen who knowingly employs illegals. The survival of our middle class it at stake.

these bums in govt have devalued American citizenship to a third world level..they along with illegals should be removed from this country & apply for reentry in the old fashioned correct way…by very limited numbers & have a skill that adds to the improvement of our society, not just using here as a dumping ground for ill, illiterate, indigent, criminal, druggies, etc trying to solve their home country’s social problems on the cheap

on a second note…Kansas legislators have provided a sanctuary state allowing illlegals to rape social services even though 70+% of incoming opinion said NO ..bowed to pressure from farm bureau, big business, & other big donors while Missouri, Colorado, & Oklahoma have said NO & severely restricted illegals perks… expect influx of illegals & increased $$$$ taxes to Kansas citizens…never hear about this sellout in legislator campaign hoopla

I need the illegals to clean my mansion. I would not want to pay a real wage. Taxes are to take from the poor to support my jet set life style.
