On a Tiahrt vs. Moran two-step

On Monday the Roll Call newspaper noted the prospect of a GOP primary for the U.S. Senate between Reps. Jerry Moran (right) of Hays and Todd Tiahrt (left) of Goddard, or what it called a “Kansas two-step in 2010,” and quoted an unnamed Kansas Republican as saying, “Tiahrt is more your drinking buddy. Moran’s more of your class president.”

    Tiahrt will be a shoe in for gov…all the Kansans stupid enough to vote for McCain over Obama will be delighted. Kansas will always get what it pays for and deserves the reputation for being a state inhabited by morons.

    Correction, Tiahrt is your drinking buddy who gets drunk, pukes on your shoes, then leaves with you having to pay for the entire bill.

    Anyone who could say that just doesnt know Jerry Moran. He’s a VERY fun guy, and a much nicer person than toddly.

    He’s still a wingnut though. He just doesnt have to pander to the fundies out here. He’s got them by the nose ring anyway. They always vote for the R, no matter how good or how bad.

    But when moran runs statewide, make no mistake. His record of voting with wingnuttia is solid.

    Tiahrt as a drinking buddy? Who the hell thought THAT up?

    And… the WE editors seem obsessed with this. Just how much does toddly pay you all to be his campaign staff?

    It cant be nearly enough for the price of your souls. And I wonder what you have to do to get that taste out of your mouths?

    Prediction: Moran will not run. Why? Because he only does sure deals. He has never been one to take chances.
