I imagine Dennis Moore could be elected to any position in Wichita that he would want. People in Johnson County apparently respected him highly as Johnson County Prosecutor/District Attorney because they keep re-electing him to the U.S. Congress. Incidentally, I wish someone would explain the difference in the Prosecutor and D.A. titles. Are they interchangable?
