Presidents sometimes do things that get us into these economic messes, and Bush pulled a hum-doozy creating this one. They don’t have nearly as much control in getting us out of messes. Obama will probably get the best minds available to work on it, but don’t expect miracles. This recession is going to last a while and we’ll just have to make the best of it. Some of the programs Obama has proposed will likely do just that, and alleviate the worst of it while it’s here. I doubt we’ll end up selling apples on the sidewalks, but our invested money isn’t coming back for quite a while.

Can Obama turn this mess around? He’s going to make an announcement tomorrow about his financial appts., and I think about his plans for the future. He can no longer afford to remain low profile while the country slides deeper into recession and the lame duck runs around the globe quacking.
God Save America, or at least let Obama get the country headed in the right direction!

What is it that you do for a living?

I only ask, because you are always talking about how you will not work for the man or say yes sir.

Whatever it is that you are doing, it almost has to be a service for someone.

Even if you are not actually their employee, you are contracted labor. You work for them.

It’s no wonder Rossiter had to publish a book, it’s because he couldn’t get such garbage published in a scientific journal. Rossiter did absolutely no scientific research to support his conclusion, therefore that doesn’t make him a leading psychiatrist, it makes him a fraud.
