The GOP is the party that gave us Lincoln and Reagan. It seems to me that its leaders ought to make it clear that they find what Dr. Corsi is doing to be both wrong and repellent. To have their movement and their party associated with such a figure would be a terrible thing, and it will only help the cause of those who hold both the GOP and the conservative movement in contempt.”

Jerome Corsi, I denounce you and I denounce your book!
Thanks Phillip, I feel a lot better now.
The true conservatives and people who want the best for America have been overrun by those who really do not mind lying and doing whatever it takes.
Their credibility is shot, however, a statement like this gives me hope that our country could mend once again.
I have no intention of buying it…but that is not to appease anyone..I just have no interest in it. That is better than ‘denouncing’ it in my opinion.
I don’t like extremists on either side…they are just too far gone to listen to any kind of reason. It seems like this book has been written by an extremist, which is enough reason to ignore it.
Sadly, if a similar hit piece was written about McCain, there are likely dozens of people on this blog that would endorse it, buy it, quote it, and live by it. Sad, isn’t it?

Books are the authors thoughts, opinions, stories. Even when they’re purported to be true and factual, they were written from the author’s unique perspective.
So let the people who choose to read this, buy the book. I don’t want any books banned or censored! Likewise I don’t see why anyone should be compelled to renounce or support the book. Don’t we all have brains and the ability to reason? At least most of us?
The part that upsets me is how the bestseller lists were manipulated. I think if this gets the author increased opportunities to peddle his book there should be an announcement at each television appearance of how the book reached the bestseller lists.

There aren’t enough church shooters to form a conclusion about what their beliefs are. However, the most famous examples of church killings have been by right-wingers: Adkisson and The Birmingham Church bombing by Alabama racists.
There was also the 1999 shooting spree at The California Jewish Center.

As I have said many times on this blog. Books are written to make a profit for the writer. Whether it is a liberal or conservative writing that is their sole consideration.
Some might have a secondary agenda that is political but money is the main draw.
I hope the left remembers this the next time a liberal author writes a hatchet piece.
Thinking people will do their own research and make their own conclusions. And Linda the right doesn’t have the market on how to make a book number one. The DNC was the main buyer of Hillary Clintons book. Deceptive yes, different no.
