Thumbs down for Sebelius’ oratory

Gov. Kathleen Sebelius scored only a C-plus in Time magazine’s grade card of the Democrats’ convention speeches: “The veep also-ran took the podium with a delivery as flat as Kansas and no apparent training on a teleprompter. She offered a mild-mannered, monotone attack on John McCain (his multiple homes, his Bush connections), and some general platitudes about Barack Obama and change. Despite her dignified, executive mien and impressive political family, history and resume as the Democratic head of a Republican state, the lack of fire from the stage and the minimal response from the audience suggested that Sebelius is not ready for the no-holds-barred surrogate role of running mate.” Ouch. Other results: Evan Bayh, B-minus; Bill Clinton, A-plus; John Kerry, B-plus; Joe Biden, A-minus; Mark Warner, D; Ted Strickland, B-plus; Deval Patrick; B; Brian Schweitzer, A; Hillary Clinton, A; Caroline Kennedy, A; Ted Kennedy, A-plus; Michelle Obama, A.

The old gray mare will fade into the background now that the DNC is over.

Just watch how quickly Barak Obomba will forget who supported him as he slithers his way through the election.

Now she can get back to work in Kansas giving our institutions to her Missouri puppet masters.

    Duh!
    Kathleen is not that special.
We have had many other Democrat Governors.
    She is a woman?
    So what.
If McCain picks a woman VP, the novelty will wear off quickly — and that is all Kathleen has.

    She has never been exciting.

If you listen to her campaign she never says anything specific. This is no different then her choice of Obama. He says hope and change but does not provide the substance to spell out what that means.

I wasn’t especially impressed with her speech. All I remember is a reference to The Wizard of Oz, and I usually cringe at those.

Kathleen is an effective leader, just not a particularly inspiring one.

She is not a gifted speaker.

She is an executive who works better out of the glare of the media.

It should be her speech. Like Kansas, it was absolutely amazing! Lots of her speech. But I guess it gave you her choice of how unwelcoming such a place wouldve been.

We can all be thankful Sebelius and her cronies did not reach the national level. I cannot think of anything more repugnant than Sebelius appointing crooked officials from SG county to a national level…can you imagine how terrible life in the U.S. would become with Foulston at a cabinet level or Pilshaw in the position to wreck more lives?

The debut of Raising the Bar was on tv tonight, they should film in SG county for a truly realistic presentation of a crooked and warped judiciary. The show brought back memories of all the wrongful actors I dealt with over the years…Pilshaw,Ladner,Ware,Foulston.

I have been thankful every day since I defeated their knowingly unlawful combined conduct. Sebelius is a team player with these wrongful actors and probably tonight is somewhere talking (AGAIN) about driving through somewhere being equal to being a 9/11 victim. She is a mocking, arrogant, and rude person with no thought for her fellow citizens. We cannot afford this type of brazen person at ANY national level.
