Is that you, Phill Kline? I am well versed in the votes that my reps make, and I’m disappointed almost consistently with Moran- occassionally he will suprise me, but rarely. “KU political science professor Bird Loomis said he had a great deal of respect for Moran and the way he represents his constituents”… he does represent HIS constituents…he’s not the KU guy’s representative.

And why is it that the better sebelius does politically, the more the democratic party suffers in western Kansas?

Could it be… like governor “leadership”s chief of staff told me, “there just arent enough votes out there to matter”?

I wonder how that whine will play when and if she ever has the courage to run against Jerry. Or when his house seat is up for grabs?

I guess the democrats in Kansas dont care about ALL the seats their party could win?

Hell, Virginia Beemer and Ralph Ostmeyrer dont even have a democrat running against them as a token. And the guy running against Moran as raised seventy bucks?

Political_mama you are one twisted individual. Saying all Conservatives are not nice people makes me believe you are not a nice person. Keep on living in your bubble. Nobody works harder as a Congressman than Moran does. He is a great person that always puts Kansas first. Even LIBERAL KU political science professor Bird Loomis said he had a great deal of respect for Moran and the way he represents his constituents. Maybe you should do some research before you go running your mouth.

Yes it is shocking, because sometimes you’ve got to do what is right vs what your party wants. And most of the time the right thing is NOT what the republican party wants.

They spout off about personal freedom and responsibility…unless that happens to be against what they interpret their god and bible wants..unless that has to do with money then you can be as greedy as you wanna be.

Cons are not nice people.

The only Repub I ever voted for was Dole. I could see myself voting for Moran. I am unsure of his position on abortion and gay rights. I think he is a good man.

Moran votes with the Bush administration nearly all the time. This is what is the matter with Kansas. How you can look at Moran’s voting record and adore him unless you’re a 28%er.

I think 90% of the 28%ers must live in Kansas.

Jerry Moran decided early on that his career field was going to be politics. I remember visiting with him when he visited our Johnson County Republican office while he was still a student at K.U., perhaps a law student. He has worked hard representing by far the largest IN AREA congressional district in Kansas. From the Hays vicinity, Congressman Moran has been a stong voice in agriculture.

I say, go for it Jerry. I don’t see anyone else on the horizon who can compete with your qualifications, Democrat or Republican. Too bad we have to wait two years.

KANSAS WILL BE WELL SERVED.
