Will El Dorado have two ties to Democratic ticket?

obamakaine.jpgBarack Obama reportedly is having “very serious” conversations with Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine about being his vice presidential pick. Obama’s campaign staff reportedly also is seriously vetting Sens. Evan Bayh, D-Ind., and Joe Biden, D-Del.
If Obama picks Kaine, it will put El Dorado in the spotlight again. Kaine grew up in Overland Park, but his mother was from El Dorado. Obama’s grandfather grew up in El Dorado, and Obama’s mother lived there briefly as a child before the family moved to Seattle.

Wow. If Karl Rove or Jack Abramoff were from El Dorado, they’d have a highway sign up by now.

Since it’s only a black Democratic presidential candidate . . . yeah, not so much.

Maybe if you “hope” hard enough it will happen.

A little homework assignment for you:

List the locations were Obama has lived, during his entire life, with exact dates of his residence in each location.
    You can’t.
    Nobody really can.
Obama has admitted, in his book, that he fudged a few things.

“List the locations were Obama has lived, during his entire life, with exact dates of his residence in each location.”

And just what would be the point of THAT, Rosseel?

    “Hillary or nothing.”

You are assuming that Hillary wants the VP slot, P Mom. I do not think that she wants to play second chair to Obama, when she can be a logical successor to Harry Reid in the Senate.

Further, campaigns never release the names of those that were offered a VP slot, if they turn it down.

That makes the eventual choice look bad in comparison.

The point is that Obama felt the need to fudge his history.
Obama’s NEW (revised) preface, in his own book, admits that his own autobiography is not historically accurate.
    Why?

Go back to trying to prove that Obama is an Arab, Rosseel, that was much more “interesting” than your latest conspiracy theories.

    Damn.

Face it, Obama can make stuff up.
Obama can lie through his teeth.
    You won’t care.
You hold Bloggers to a much higher standard than you will ever expect out of Obama.

My God Rosseel, you are a funny man.

You should take your act on the road – make it soon, please.

WS Hillary would put it out there if she was offered the position and turned it down. It would be stupid not to make that public.

Of course there is the question as well of Obama asking her to turn it down after offering it. In which case…if she decides to eat that and go with the flow I’d have no choice but to believe it. But I’m not buying it unless she says it.

    That would be funny!
Kathy “anti coal” of Kansas is turned down for a lump of coal from Virginia!

HA! The local watering hole that the so-called “leaders” of El Dorado frequent, J. Brian’s Pub, refused to host an Obama rally. If Obama wins — which he probably will — you can bet the idiots who drink there will be stumbling all over themselves to curry favor with the administration. El Dorado is a great place to be FROM.
