A federal judge overseeing Guantanamo Bay lawsuits said this week that after nearly seven years of detention, the detainees must have their day in court, Associated Press reported.
“The time has come to move these forward,” said Judge Thomas F. Hogan. He ordered the Justice Department to “set aside every other case that’s pending in the division and address this case first.”

Bush’s Dungeon in Cuba is a stain on America.
Yes, we need terrorists housed in the Sedgwick County Jail!
I get to be the third post on this thread.
Can you smell the outrage? Not so much.
“the detainees must have their day in court”
Here here, and about time!
It never ceases to amaze me Americas indecisive way of thinking. One week we want blood and revenge in the streets, the next week oh wait lets play the moral fairness game. Why don’t you just ask the families and friends of all who lost a mother or father, husband, son, next door neighbor, co-worker during the attacks on Sept 11th how they feel about fair treatment and justice for prisoners connected to terrorism. The moral high horse America is all of a sudden trying to ride up and left town years ago, sorry guys!
Then, there is the detainees. So that obviously isn’t the outrage? Try to find the outrage? That are not biased or affiliated with the moral fairness game.
