John McCain isn’t too old to learn. When he visited Wichita in February, he flew in on an Airbus, to the dismay of Sen. Pat Roberts and others. More recently, he’s been flying an Embraer E190 chartered from the airline JetBlue. But his trip to Mexico and Colombia last week was on the campaign’s newly acquired 95-seat Boeing 737-400, with his slogan “Reform, Prosperity, Peace” and the words “Straight Talk Express” on the side, a blue-and-gold tail and a forward cabin modified to include a buslike seat and a captain’s chair for McCain. Here’s some video of the plane.

McCnt = old man that has to be told what to do because he doesn’t have a clue
Typical Republicans = old men who don’t have a clue (except the paranoid delusionals who just make things up)
oops…lets be PC
old men AND women
McCain is belligerent enough to fly an Airbus into Wichita. Especially since he is now known as the “Boeing Tanker Killer” (BTK) in Wichita. The Boeing scandal aside, the man is ignorant, stubborn , and thinks he has all the right answers for us “dumb” Americans. Besides medals and honors, he needs a lifetime of psychological therapy to deal with the open wounds of being a tortured POW. The man is not fit to be president. It’s too bad that he is the republican candidate. No wonder the majority of Americans, republicans included, are leaning towards Obama!
He did say when asked about the plane “the one from Jet Blue had a tv in it.”
He hates boeing, Kansas, and America.
Excuse me —
I invite Bloggers to go back into the archives on the Tanker deal.
Many of the Democrats and Liberals on this Blog attacked Boeing, said that Boeing deserved to lose the competition, and had other bad things to say about Boeing.
Actually, it was pretty obvious that many of the Democrats on this Blog wanted Boeing to lose so that Tiahrt and Roberts would look bad.
What is bad for the country is good for Democrats.
What is bad for Wichita is good for Democrats.
So McCain’s not riding around in his wife’s jet anymore? Funny how McCain pretends to be a common guy while he is worth over $100 million. Then again, Republicans bought the entire idea that Bush was a cowboy from Texas, not a spoiled frat boy from Massachusetts.
“Actually, it was pretty obvious that many of the Democrats on this Blog wanted Boeing to lose so that Tiahrt and Roberts would look bad.”
They already looked bad when they voted to approve outsourcing of the tanker deal.
Connecticut.
Augustus Stupidus was born in the state of Connecticut, not Massachusetts.
Ever see the William Wyler movie, The Big Country? Like the incredibly idiotic and spoiled plantation princess Patricia McKay, GW Bush was sent back east for his education. He did attend Andover Acedemy in Massachusetts. Actually, if you think about it, Wyler’s Patricia McKay (the movie was actually based on a novel by outdoors writer Donald Hamilton) is a helluva lot like GW Bush. Headstrong, stubborn, self-confident, arrogant, and as a result a fatally flawed human.
GOPers were fooled, of course, by the high lonesome, Texican schtick he developed when his family moved to Houston, where Bush spent his summers. Like the character sketched so well by Carroll Baker in Wyler’s film, GW Bush is nothing more than a very dangerous airhead.
Pat Roberts son being Airbus lobbyist, combined with his pro Airbus voting record prior to Boeing losing the contract already make him look bad
McCain aka McNasty is bad for America
Franklin,
you are so misguided and wrong.
