Is Chicago politics preoccupied with nuts?

peanut“Here in Chicago we’re not shocked” (by Jesse Jackson’s “nuts” comment), columnist John Kass wrote in the Chicago Tribune. “Chicago was once the hog butcher for the world, so our politics is stuffed with meat metaphors and references to animal reproductive parts.” Kass recalled how supporters of former Chicago Mayor Richard Daley used to say that “Daley is the dog with the big nuts.” Daley’s son has been similarly described, Kass said. And Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich once bragged about how he had “testicular virility.”

This is not so much about Chicago politics as it is about Jesse Jackson. Jesse Jackson is basically stupid. He became famous for hanging out with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I think he saw himself as a kind of replacement for MLK after his death. He has been a presidential candidate that never got anywhere. He is jealous of Obama and sees that Obama is getting more votes from the white community than he ever could. Obama does not take sides on racial issues which Jackson resents. Jackson recognizes that Obama has a good chance of getting elected and could be the first black presisdent, so he still supports him. Basically,Jackson made a stupid comment because he doesn’t like everything Obama does, although he still sees it important for him to get elected.

One of the better Australian casinos is the world in Sydney. All of them have meat metaphors and references and Interfaces. It is hard to decide what meat metaphors and references is.

Gang shootings in Chicago are way, way up this year.

What good did all of that “Community Organizing” do us, Obama?

Obama, have you EVER told the poor victims of the Crips, the Bloods, and other street gangs to CALL THE POLICE?

Obama, have you ever stated, in any forum, that the “don’t snitch” rap, hip-hop mentality is responsible for more murders than the Ku Klux Klan?

It will be really interesting to see if Obama is elected, will he ignore the old guard black activists, or use them for his own purpose. While there is still quite a bit of racism in this country, it is not as bad as Jackson and his ilk make it out to be (North Carolina the exception:-)). A black man as the Democratic nominee dispels Jackson’s stand pretty much.

My hope is Obama will bring in modern thinkers, and use them as front men. I just hope they are blessed with more integrity then this administration, which has little, if any.

After the MLK shooting, Jessie Jackson, it is said, made sure he had some of Martin’s blood on him, and he tried to do a “Jackie O” not changing for some time after the shooting.

This is a pretty good link:

    http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=4079

Jackson is a scam artist. Jackson has attacked anyone who ever tried to expose him. Jackson has attacked lots of Black people, in the past, who got in his way.

    — It would be nice to see Jackson go after some gang leaders, but he never does. Gang bangers are no threat to Jackson.

This link is to a conspiracy kook web site, however, I could not find another picture of this quality, online:

    http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/ARTICLE1/balcony.jpg

I think this picture is legit, since most of us have seen it many, many times.

    The point of this pic?

All of these Black leaders were friends of MLK.

All of these Black leaders are pointing to where they think the shots came from, in response to police and press questions.

We need to use these pictures, in places like Chicago, TODAY, to tell the victims of gang bangers to CALL THE POLICE!

Obama, Sharpton and Jackson ALL need to say, “It is OK to “Snitch” — we did it for Martin Luther King”!!

    Hey Franklin:

In Wichita the gang bangers wear black robes. I agree whole heartedly with your concerns about the “Don’t Snitch” movement with gang members in the black community. But I want to ask you how concerned you are concerned about the code of silence in Wichita imposed by the Wichita Eagle and the local judges and law enforcement officials to cover up rampant corruption. Please set up an anonymous yahoo e-mail account and e-mail me. I will send you scanned documents involving documenting criminal activity by 2 officials running for office. Demcrats Judge Pilshaw & Genine Ware and unethical activity by former GOP County Chairman Mark Kahrs. The Eagle has these documents and refuses to investigate.
I think that Kansas needs to enact laws to give whistleblower protection to state & local government and court house employees & to require an annual grand jury to investigate cover ups by local law enforcement agencies. I posted the following comment on the article regarding the Legislative Coordinating Council taking a 2% budget cut. I wish Karl Peterjohn & Alan Cobb would acknowledge that corruption is a hidden tax that has a corrosive effect that ripples through out our culture & society.

    MY COMMENT:

Want to cut wasteful government spending??? Cut corruption & graft in local & state government by enacting reforms to require accountability & transparency at all levels of Kansas government. How about a state whistleblower protection law to protect government & district court employees to speak out about corruption? How about enacting a California style citizens grand jury law requiring an annual grand jury to be convened in each judicial district. A grand jury that will not be manipulated by a crooked district attorney and a retired district court judge. As we learned two years ago in the scandal involving Morris, Sebelius & Supreme Court Justice Nuss, everyone knows that Steve Morris is a puppet of Judiciary Chairman John Vrtil and the Kansas Bar Association. The average citizen is struggling and the corrupt mega firm attorneys & developers keep on getting rich off of the tax payer. Too bad we don’t have any legitimate newspapers in Kansas.

    FRANKLIN:

I’d love to hear from you. I’ve already e-mailed out scanned documents to an average citizen who goes by the Eagle profile name OZ. Of course I can be sued for slander or arrested for criminal defamation if Judge Pilshaw or attorney Geneine Ware complain.

Public officials must prove “malice” to win a slander or libel lawsuit.
In other words, they must prove that you KNEW it was NOT true, before you said it, and that you said it anyway.
You have nothing to worry about, as long as you think that what you are saying is true.

As far as your cause is concerned, my plate is a bit full right now.

I feel like I am being recruited for another duty.

Remember when Obama called that reporter “sweetie”??

Just a few minutes later, Obama was meeting, secretly, with an Imam who supports Farrakhan:

Farrakhan is another Chicago nut that is closer to Obama than Obama wants to admit!

An interesting article on the “relationship” Senator Obama and Rev, Jesse Jackson share.

    At Arm’s Length

They used to be close. Kind of. Jesse and Barack’s awkward past.

More fantasy from Franklin the accountant who wouldn’t have a job without the government creating him one.

“I think this picture is legit, since most of us have seen it many, many times.”

A whole bunch of people have seen the picture of the “face” on Mars.

In Franklin’s dream world…that makes it “legit”.

Republicans are getting as wacky as their old fart senile McC*ntidate.

Obama is a smart politician. But he isn’t different like he claims to be. I’ve stated it here before, the last thing the nation needs is a Chicago Democrat in charge! If I lived in Chicago, I’d vote for one THERE, they know how to get things done. In the past, having been a Chicago politician has proven too taboo for advancement to national office. For good reason!

Obama used the hate whitie crowd in Chicago to gain power. Is he that way? Who knows, but his wife is, and many of his friends are. Personally, I think Obama says allot of good things regarding race. He points out the importance of fatherhood. He himself comes from a broken family of a white woman being knocked up by a black dude who dodged out of his responsibility (cough cough) … Oh gee, what a surprise!

Black on black crime has killed many more blacks than the Klan. They are 12% of the population, and it can be statistically proven that they cause 40% of the problems. That’s not a racist statement, its hard proven fact. I love black people, but I’m not making any consideration for them, until THEY get their sh!t together. Once they do that, then sure, it will be time to tackle racism. It’s a real issue that exists!

Besides all the above, I don’t like the Obama plan for this country economically. He is naive on foreign policy, and our enemies are salivating at the thought of him getting elected. If you think the stock market is bad now, wait until his tax policies take effect.

Clinton was able to get away with higher taxes for one reason, the economy was ON FIRE, the technology boom couldn’t be stopped. We are not in that situation right now. In either situation, their is no excuse to rob one segment of society, and give it to someone else. I’m not rich, but fair is fair.

A good chunk of people in Wichita KS don’t even pay taxes! Many get back more than they paid in! Even a lowely guy like myself, after deductions, my tax burden is about 14%. Factor in social security, property tax, sales tax, and misc government fee’s, that number goes up to about 24% of my gross income. So for every dollar I earn, I toss the govt a quarter. Somebody making $20k more that overall burden rises to 40%, go down $20k, they actually loot the treasury for about $4,500 to the rears through income redistribution policies like earned income credits etc… Now let’s factor in that lower income level’s freebies, like vision, medical cards… They are neck and neck with me as far as standard of living.

So why should I be busting my hump to even maintain my current level? The only incentive I have is my own pride, thank God my parents raised me a certain way. Would I jump up to the next level if 2/3 of the gains weren’t going to be ripped away from me through income redistribution? YES, I sit where I’m at now in protest. I’ve actually been there, and chosen my exact spot in life that I’m at now.

We have destroyed people all in the name of helping them! SHAME ON US! Our poor are fat, lazy, stupid, and worthless! What’s sad is many of them are nice people. They JUST DON’T KNOW ANY BETTER! It gets passed down from generation to generation.

I’ve given up on the idea of stopping what is happening. Actually, maybe we need to play this out, let’s lay back and let it all collapse. Sometimes I think the greatest lesson this country could ever learn would be for us to be standing in the bread lines again. Let the consequences for our socialist leaning ways happen, and maybe we will learn our lesson!
