In another blow to the credibility of the Bush administration’s detention of suspected terrorists, a federal appeals court ruled that the military didn’t have credible evidence to show that a Chinese detainee who has been held for more than six years at Guantanamo Bay is an “enemy combatant.”

It was humorous that in defense of McCain being ‘uniquely qualified’ to lead, Sen. Graham used as an example that only MCCain could have stood on the floor and pushed through the torture bill, you know, the one the S.C. overturned last week.

Well, McCane is certainly familiar with its effectiveness. Got bitch-slapped a few times and spilled everything from military secrets to his mother’s cheesecake recipe, while making propaganda films for the enemy. Now that’s showing real American backbone!
