I don’t know if it’s a wise strategy or not, but Barack Obama has been spending this holiday week campaigning in what have been solidly red states. He has made stops in North Dakota and Montana, which have voted Republican for the White House for almost four decades. He also has been campaigning hard in Colorado, which has been a red state but may be in play this year. Does this mean that Kansas can expect another Obama visit?
