I don’t think Brownback would have a chance. The Religious Right parade has passed and with all the corruption and sex scandals that came out of that bunch, I do not see much hope for their candidates doing well this time around.

I find it interesting that Larry Craig thought he was being very clever in his gay little response.

This guy takes the cake - which is precisely why I believe the Religious Right group has very little chance of winning this time around.

This was a survey done for laughs. Except POSSIBLY for Obama picking Clinton to unite the Democrats (but I doubt it), no sitting senator will be on either ticket. Who wants a ticket of two senators? The VP candidates will be governors, ex-governors, or someone else with managerial experience who brings something concrete to the ticket’s chances of winning, such as a key state.

Brownback is such a joke. And Roberts just admitted to thinking he has a better chance of being re-elected than McCain winning the presidency. I don’t think he has a very good chance at succeeding at either.
