		<description>Still wondering how a service industry that can't consider its customer's service needs as well as they like can possibly stay in business.  Are things upside down, or what?

But as Paul would note, "the prices are cheap.'  I really resent paying for stuff I don't get, however.  

If there were regulations that they got you where they said they would get you, WHEN they said they'd get you there, OR they'd owe you a 100% refund, I bet those jerks could figure out a way to get you there as they contracted that they would.</description>
