		<description>American - I would include nuclear (recycled) as a part of the solution.  I would also like to see Sunflower prove their 'magic algae' that they tout so much.

My 'recycled' nuclear would use decommissioned warheads back-mixed with depleted uranium as the fuel.  'Zero net new nuclear waste'.  I have been told that we have centuries of fuel available,</description>

		<description>Actually hank, Engineering's Wentz does have knowledge in the field.  He interacts with those in Geology, Meterology Environmental Science etc.  Where he might have some additional expertise in in applying engineering to developing better energy management methods.</description>
