Whatever utility Tiahrt has seemed to have had in the past for bringing federal money to Wichita - in the aftermath of the Defense Dept. contract going overseas - has obviously been lost.  As a member of the majority party, Betts would be in a much better position to help the citizens of the 4th District.</description>
