		<description>One concern that I have is that it appears a DR can get his license yanked in one state and just go to another state and set up shop.  It seems that there needs to be better interstate monitoring of DR performance.

Much is said about medical malpractice insurance rates and much condemnation of lawyers involved.  However, it seems to me that we also need to be paying attention to real medical malpractice out there.

Most DRs are wonderful honorable professionals.  However, their reputation can be tarnished by the few.</description>
