Public does not want to see politicians naked

Xxxsign Malaysia’s minister of health is bitter about being forced out of office after confessing that, yes, he is the man in two widely circulated sex DVDs. “At the end of the day, it just tells you that honesty sometimes does not pay,” he said. But a political analyst had a better lesson: “You can’t continue in power when you are seen naked.”

Bush needs to take that lesson to heart and not wear that new presidential suit in public.

Jed, it doesn’t matter when you can create your own reality!

    Rage,
It does when only 28% of the electorate can see (or more likely pretend to see) that reality.

I don’t know our Governor is kind of hot. Oh I do need to get away from this computer! See some sun light… drink some coffee…slap myself silly and go to bed!

But in order for the public to see in minister naked they had to watch the sex tape. So wouldn’t that make them all hypocrites?

    Doug,
No, only one (probably an opposition politician) would have to be a hypocrite. He’d tell the rest, and probably put it on the 6 o’clock news (with the sinful places pixelated out). At least that’s how it’s done here. Of course our politicians have known for centuries that honesty doesn’t pay.

Honesty pays? Politicans & honesty used in the same sentence? Not in Kansas.

I’m just glad Ted Haggard didn’t make a sex tape. Or for that matter Republican Foley (or those other male Republicans who wanted to give other men oral sex).

Y’know, now that you mention it, maybe it would be a good idea to make all the candidates debate in the nude. Then we could all see if they’re being spoonfed their answers from a transmitter offstage.
