his trail is starting to look familiar. When an excerpt from the soon-to-be-released book by former presidential press secretary Scott McClellan revealed that President Bush and Vice President Cheney instructed him to tell journalists that top White House aides played no role in the outing of Valerie Plame Wilson, I had an eerie feeling that the nation had been down this path before.http://blogs.usatoday.com/oped/2007/11/mcclellan-admis.html

Reason I’m still up, replacing a crashed hard drive on another computer thats necessary to have working.

Still using XP, not quick to get Vista at all.

Try http://www.filehippo.com to get some files and programs.

Was attacked by a virus that had to come through Microsoft update on their website. It caused popups and took out programs. Blew up the registry had to restore. I had Microsoft Virus tool and Windows Defender programs. They both failed.

dll’s in the Explorer browser is bad thing. Explorer 7, the ability to stop add ons, but getting them off the hard drive is hard.

rundll.exe programs in your MSCONFIG is a bad thing. Clear your Start up folder in All Programs. Virus like to start up same time as Windows.

Virus are in your Windows/System32 folder, they can be a variety of names.

Spybot is a free program that loads weird but works! Need to stay connected to get that program after first part downloads. It will find all virus.

You can put the complete program copy the program folder to a disk and run it on another computer checking for virus.

CCleaner is a nice program you should run regardless what it finds. It allows easy view of the MSCONFIG Start registry and get to know every program that starts with Windows.

Just click registry fix issues every day.

Find definations what start up programs mean in a search engine.

Some are part of your video card or necessary start up from programs you loaded on the computer.

Remember rundll.exe programs are bad to have in the Startup registry.

I got Explorer 7 to stop pop ups from occuring, using the trusted site process.

IE ADblock, its a small program that works. It becomes part of your links in the Explorer browers. Have to check mark it.

    http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Popup-Ad-Spyware-Blockers/IE-AdBlock.shtml

    I also use Firefox.

Firefox has a new program to restore big file downloads after a net connection break.

    Downloadthemall

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201

Firefox has Adblocker too. It works to block ads on websites I visit.

AVG has good anti-virus and if you want they have a bundle with virus protection, firewall, and spam blocker for $39.95. I use AVG, ZoneAlarm, and Spybot, but for secure work I use OSX operating system.

President Bush LAUGHS at Al Gore in the Oval Office.

    HILLARIOUS:

    http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,312972,00.html

WASHINGTON — Talk about an inconvenient truth.

Al Gore finally won his place in the Oval Office on Monday — right next to George W. Bush.

Forever linked by the closest and craziest presidential race in history, the two men were reunited by, of all things, White House tradition. Gore was among the 2007 Nobel Prize winners who were invited in for a photo and some chatter with the president; Gore got the recognition for his work on global warming.

The two men stood next to other, sharing uncomfortable grins for photographers and reporters, who were quickly ushered in and out.

    OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you havent read this, you should.

    http://www.kansas.com/news/story/238832.html

Hear me now and believe me later. I’ve been blogging about this for over a year, only to be dismissed as a conspiracy theorist and sebelius hater.

Well, OK, I am both of those things. However….

Mark my words, ALL EVIL IN KANSAS HAS JOE HARKINS AT THE BOTTOM OF IT ALL!!!!!!!

It is no coincidence that Joe was sent to the Kansas Water Office as “interim” director when Clark Duffy was so unjustly and unceremoniously fired. He set things “right” according to the seblius supporters there, and then moved on.

Where? To the Kansas Rural Life thing. And if you look at it, a number of appointments to that group are HIS and his alone. Water cronies. And now? In retrospect, there were lots of folks he had appointed that somehow have WIND FARMS in their particular counties.

After he totally dominated and controlled the rural life thing, where did sebelius send her own Darth Cheney?

You got it. To the newly formed Kansas “Energy” Council. Directed by non other than governor leadership’s favorite republican, Mark Parkinson. Joe Harkins was the “head staff” for that group.

And when dealing with Joe, what that means is that Parkinson worked for Harkins, not the other way around. I’m not kidding you one damn bit.

Look at the KEC and what they have all said and done. Ethanol plants all over, a nice hat tip to big corn and big irrigation. And who secured the water wasting rights for big corn and big irrigation?

Joe Harkins during his reign at the Kansas Water Office.

And the KEC also, in addition to touting the water wasting ethanol industry… ALSO TOUTED WIND.

And put the farms in counties where, well, you know the rest.

I thought something smelled like week old fish when Harkins finished his dirty work at the Kansas Energy Council and then moved over to become a god damn MEMBER of the Kansas Corporation Commission.

You know, the one that sets utility rates? It stunk then and it ESPECIALLY stinks now that this story has surfaced.

    http://www.kansas.com/news/story/238832.html

Yeah. I posted the link twice. You might have dimissed it earlier, but read it now.

ALL EVIL IN KANSAS HAS JOE HARKINS AT THE BOTTOM OF IT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

I dont give a rat’s ass if he recuses himself now. You can rest assured it is all a done deal, he has “softened up” the folks who needed softening, and he has THUGGED the ones who resisted.

    Stink stink stink stink STINK!!!

I’ve said here before that you can track governor leadership’s next dirty and underhanded deeds and payoffs by watching Joe Harkins and his movements.

And I’ll be god damned if I wasnt right!

I can assure you, I wish I had been wrong…

Come to think of it, maybe Harkins isnt sebelius’ Darth Cheney.

He’s her Howard Hunt. Her Watergate Plumber. Except he seals the leaks and clears the money pipes BEFORE they become a problem.

GOD DAMMIT! I hope there is at least ONE journalist in Kansas who is willing to look at the WHOLE of the Harkins-Allegrucci-Sebelius axis of evil when it comes to the rape of Kansas resouces. Bushco has NOTHING on governor leadership when it comes to underhanded manipulation and cronyism.

But in all likely hood, no one will do more than make funny video out of it.

Kansas…as corrupt and STUPID as you think!

Not saying anything like that. What I wrote implies that it is impossible to know the ideology of the clicker of links.

It could be conservatives, could be a bunch of ‘horny’ teenage boys seeking any information to fill their sex starved fantasies drive purely by hormones. It could be every pervert in the World clicking on the links to satisfy their daily quota of perversion. It could be people doing research on projects. It could be Web Crawlers repeatedly hitting the same links over and over.

I know for a fact that Web Crawlers will eat up a bandwidth on a Website by repeatedly pointing to a URL found on your Website each time a request is made on a search engine.

I would imagine a lot of those “hits” are nothing more than search engine crawls.

    Pistol-Packing Grandma Stops Would-Be BurglarsTuesday, November 27, 2007

CARTHAGE, Mo. — A 63-year-old grandmother with a handgun stopped two burglars at her backdoor in Carthage.

The Jasper County Sheriff’s Department said a woman and a 16-year-old boy were arrested after the foiled break-in Friday and charged with first-degree burglary.

The grandmother was at home with her grandchild when the burglars broke down her back door.

She grabbed a handgun and stopped the pair, but they ran away when the woman went back inside to call the sheriff’s department.

Deputies arrested the suspects about three hours later in Carthage.

Lt. Aaron Richardson of the sheriff’s department said first-degree burglary charges have been filed against Faith Barrick, 39, of Carthage, and a 16-year-old male accomplice.

“They come to the window, tap, tap, tap. I’m still ignoring them. I guess that just pissed them off worser,” Brisco said.

Three men, dressed as women, jumped out of the car, ran into the restaurant armed with a tire iron, and started swinging at employees, but not before they disrobed, kicking off their stiletto boots, hoop earrings, and jackets.

“They just decided they wanted to start a fight with the crew at McDonald’s here. They began to get ready to fight taking clothing off to fight,” said Lt. Trevor Tisby with Memphis Police Department.

“He swung and hit my manager, manager swung and hit back, so they step back, get to takin’ off they shoes, boots and whatever else they had to do to get satisfied to fight,” Brisco said.

Albert Bolton had bandaids covering scratches where one of the drag queens mauled him with his fingernails.

“I was fightin with ‘em, trying to protect him, and he scratched me,” Bolton said.

As the fight carried on, the manager grabbed a pot of hot french fry grease and launched it at the men. One of the men retaliated, smacking the manager in the head with a wet floor sign sending him away in an ambulance.

Before they drove off, the cross dressers smashed in the drive-thru window.

Police are working on a more detailed description of the trio. Authorities said they are looking for a black car and three men dressed as women.

  128. Obama Rules
    Posted November 27, 2007 at 1:27 pm | Permalink

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) — Democrat Barack Obama, confronting claims that he’s light on foreign policy, surrounded himself Tuesday with heavyweights who said his differences with rival Hillary Rodham Clinton and others are just what the country needs: A new leader willing to talk with America’s enemies and become a better friend to struggling nations.

Obama, closing the three-hour policy forum, said a president should be unafraid to meet with tyrants, and must restore the nation’s moral authority by ending torture, closing Guantanamo Bay’s military prison and helping fight global poverty and AIDS.

“Our ability to lead has been set back by our bluster and our refusal to talk to nations we don’t like,” the Illinois senator said. “Our security and standing have suffered because of the misguided war in Iraq that should have never been authorized.”

Obama, who was elected to the Senate in 2004, never mentioned Clinton, a New York senator and the Democratic front-runner in national polls. But Obama underscored some of his main criticisms of her, recalling how he opposed from the outset a war that she voted to authorize and repeatedly calling for greater openness in setting policy.

In perhaps another veiled reference to Clinton’s claims of deep experience in Washington, Obama said of Vice President Dick Cheney and former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld: “Their experience has not led to good judgment.”

Due to fighting virus and having hard drives die of old age recently, these are lessons.

When Windows says…Can’t find operating system…at Startup. The hard drive is about to crash, mechanically.

    Back up! I never did.

Lost files, email, friends and family photo’s. Two different hard drives lasted 8 and 5 years.

I got Norton Ghost 12.0 from now on. It has a Windows recovery disk and does the back up service well.

Go to Norton’s website to download a pdf file, the compete directions how to use it. They didn’t come in the box.

    http://shop.symantecstore.com/DRHM/servlet/ControllerServlet?Action=DisplayProductDetailsPage&SiteID=symnahho&Locale=en_US&ThemeID=106300&Env=BASE&productID=70058000&pgm=6037100

It says, not good to save backup information on a disk. A USB data stick or flash drive is better to save data on.

Back up certain folders. That’s the key. Pick one folder where to save pictures and email.

    —–

If your using Outlook Express, One Account’s email can be moved to a folder of your choice.

Multiple accounts, with different sign in names, two new folders to save email in can be created.

Every sign in name needs a separate email collector folder.

Pick My Document’s folder. It’s right there at Start. Show on desktop.

Create a new folder in there called Email Bank. It can be any name you want.

    Open Outlook Express

    Choose Tools, choose Options

    Go to Maintenance

    Click Store Folder

    Click Change

Find My Documents folder. Its pretty easy to find.

Choose your new Email Bank folder in My Documents as the place to store your email.

    Click OK

Now your email is stored where you can find the folder easily. Back up My Documents folder with email and pictures.

Go to your Addresses and export the WAB folder to My Documents.

All your email, email contacts, photos and files can be saved in My Documents folder, in a location you recognize and can Back Up.

    —–

    Keep your MSCONFIG tidy!

It’s not scary after learning what those files at Startup are.

It’s the Registry. Files in Registry can be deleted safely.

Virus like to hide in the Registry, so its necessary to learn how to work in there.

    Must know what your deleting!

Ccleaner is a great simple program.

    http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

I Run Cleaner every day, deleting those files without backing up!

I Scan for Issues in Registry and Fix selected Issues every day.

It’s great when no issues exist in Registry.

    Click Tools..choose Startup

My MSCONFIG has just a few files at Startup here.

    Delete rundll.exe programs!

The rest are easy to understand why they are in Start up.

    HKCU:Run SpyBotSD Tea Timer C:\Program Files\

Usually Program Files at Startup are fine

HKCU:Run ctfmon.exe Its part of Windows Office programs. It can be deleted safely if its causing problems.

What needs to be deleted are rundll.exe files at Start up. They are Virus.

These are names of virus I had.

    awtutqo.dll

    Adware virus!

It was in Explorer 7 add ons causing popups.

    jkklj.dll

Virtuomondo Malware Virus. It was in Explorer 7 add ons causing popups and in variety of places all through the Registry.

I had a weird virus that kept popping up, putting itself on C:

    Wr2.dll

I believe Microsoft workers make virus that are downloaded through Microsoft Update. They moonlight and make Ad Sweeper programs for sale, $75 or something.

When Microsoft was upgrading to XP from Windows 2000, my Explorer browser stopped working online after an update.

I went to a Microsoft Help Forum and techs constantly said upgrade to XP.

Sent me links to one of those slick and professionally made $75 Ad Sweeper program sites.

Microsoft wants Vista in new computers sold, so if XP is having virus problems constantly, people would upgrade.

Microsoft makes Windows unstable when it wants to, through their updates.

    —–

You can do this safely in Registry to shut down Windows faster.

    Start, choose Run, type regedit

Choose HKEY_CURRENT_USERClick + expand the file.

Go down to Control Panel, click +

    Go down to Desktop folder.

    Highlight and open it.

    AutoEndTasks

    Right click Modify

Change Value data from 0 to 1

    Click OK

    Scroll down to

    WaitToKillAppTimeout

Modify Value Data from 20000 to 10000

    That’s it.

Close Registry and restart your computer. It will shut down faster from now on.

    On a lighter note;

    tahwos,

Your labeling Obama a coke-head makes him more worthy for me to be President.

You care about his challenge with that kind of ridicule. You see he has advantage and threatens Huckabee or any Republican chances.

Don’t think polls mean a thing!

The winner will be nominated on both sides and we’ll who the best debater is next year.

I’m not liberal or leftist, capable of picking the best candidate.

Because of Bush mishandling his White House time and lowest polls ever as President, the GOP has barely a chance in 2008.

I am for cross party appointments in the White House administration.

Huckabee could get a job on Obama’s staff or placed as head of a Federal agency by him!

Consider what the world wants in the American President, since Bush ruined our image internationally.

Obama has an international background and ancient middle name that’s older than America.

Hussein name isn’t horrible to have in the world. The world appreciates it more than Bush!

It rubs idiots the wrong way linking him with Saddam or messing up his last name with Osama.

He’s American, smart, charisma, and having less experience in political sleaze is a good thing.

He honestly claimed experience with drugs. So has Bush. He quit, Obama did too.

Looks like a nice family and his wife a capable First Lady.

    tahwos,

I just passed by the TV…CBS news was doing a story on choices in South Carolina, between Hillary and Obama. Hillary surrounded by black supporters. Obama challenged by some on his multi-cultural background.

Then, the guy, whoever he was and what he said, surely will be on the net. He will overly have to explain himself again and again.

He said about Obama; ” I don’t want to sound racist, but its not likely I’ll vote for a colored man as President.” He wasn’t older at all. Mid 30’s seems like.

We had no choice in being born. Why is it a slam against a person, their color of skin or gender.

As a white guy, he isn’t advantaged with that attitude. He’s disabled socially.

The best qualified candidates can run to be President.

I want to know who Obama’s running mate could be, but right now I’m supporting him to be President.

His best quality is lack of political sleaze experience! People are saying he needs some to be President.

Bush screwed the SEC with an oil company called Arbusto. His executives made a profit, workers got zip.

His business partner was Osama bin Laden’s older brother.

9/11 happened while Bush was President on purpose.

The White President great for America to some. His skin color and gender a necessity. Lowest polls ever and bad image in the world is the result.

I hope that guy who won’t vote for coloreds is happy. He is working for devalued money thanks to Bush.

Blame a colored or gender, the white guy is screwing America.

It shouldn’t be explained that way. Bush is a bad President says enough.
