Not the hero of Sept. 11 to everybody

“He just lies, and when you do find out more about him you won’t vote for him.”
– Jim Riches, a deputy chief of the New York City Fire Department, criticizing former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani on ABC’s “Nightline”

Fred Thompson’s only idea about being president seems to be “hitch up your breeches”. Seems like he should have more to offer than that.

When Giuliani was walking New York during 9/11, a point of conversation he made was, “maybe I should suspend the upcoming vote for mayor until all this is over.” His term limits prevented him from running again. That was enough to turn me off Giuliani. He’s a typical politician with only himself at heart.

I hope to God that Rudy is the nominee. By the time we Democrats use the NYC police and firefighters to “swift boat” his ass and commercials are ran about his “family values” and 0 rating by the NRA, we should pretty much be able to win. If we cannot beat Rudy, we cannot beat anybody!

I don’t know why Thompson would even be a consideration. The man offers nothing. It’d be Bush all over again.

Why are all Candidates tied too 9/11 directly? Not one of them seems too care about other issues. Mayor G. and U.S. Senator Clinton have done nothing for 6 years. Voting for them woulb 4 more years of nothing. What has any candidate done over the last 6 years? Please let me know. Herbert West III, Publisher/Journalist, west.herb@yahoo.com

And Hillary Clinton has the audacity to call General Petraeis a liar…. Where’s the outrage?

Dance for Soros’ money, Hillary, dance. Dance for Moveon’s money, Hillary, dance. Dance for all the liberal lefties, Hillary, dance.

Petraeis has more integrity in his little finger than the Clintons combined.

I also consider someone who will read a script written by THIS White House to be a liar. And a traitor.

The Republic Party are great ambassadors – for the Democratic Party! Go Rudy, go Thompson, go Mitt, go McCain, Huckabee, Brownback, Paul…!

The Democratic contenders do too have experience running things!

Hillary once ran the man who ran the Whitehouse. Barrack Obama ran on the beach (I saw the photo). John Edwards ran up millions in legal fee billings.

I believe anyone touting “911″ in the 08 race should lose to Hillary or Obama and or John Edwards. Americans are sick and tired of politicians who use that event to gain political advantage…and please do not say the word Hero again!

We need a vision of a future, not a “911″ relic that keeps pointing to the past. Rudy is a one trick pony, Thompson is not a Reagan clone and Mitt the twit is more plastic that a Mattel toy. The GOP would be better off digging up Bob Dole…or is he sill alive?
