More restroom signals to avoid

The Sen. Larry Craig scandal has alerted us to toe-tapping and secretive hand gestures. As a public service, here are some other subtle come-on signals to avoid in public bathroom stalls:
– A sock puppet appears from beneath the divider and asks you your name.
– A voice from the next stall sings, “Come Fly With Me.”
– A hand slides a Senate business card into your stall and asks, “What do you think of that?”

Yesterday, while urinating in tandem with a large unknown male at a McDonalds in Junction City, my sense of humor arose, and I tapped my foot. The guy nearly pissed himself laughing.

Over sized clown shoes should never be worn in public restrooms.

    Don’t cross the streams!

If you do, try to imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light.

Let’s stop being so surprised when we discover that our public figures have their own complex sex lives, and start being more suspicious when they self-righteously denounce the sex lives of others.

To door king – Hilarious! Though I am surprised that toe tappin’ in Junction City didn’t get you beaten to a pulp.

Good thing the other fella had a sense of humor.

    LOL!

It just dawned on me (a little slow I guess) what “sock puppet” means.

And WHO on this blog uses the term “sock puppet” almost everyday?

I had no idea what this blogger meant by this, but now I know a little more about this guy then I want to know!

Max, the way the Libs use sockpuppet here is this (Wikipedia)

For information on sock puppets in Wikipedia, see Wikipedia:Sock puppetry.

A sockpuppet is an online identity used for purposes of deception within an Internet community. In its earliest usage, a sockpuppet was a false identity through which a member of an Internet community speaks while pretending not to, like a puppeteer manipulating a hand puppet.[1]

“In current usage, the perception of the term has been extended beyond second identities of people who already post in a forum to include other uses of misleading online identities. For example, a NY Times article claims that “sock-puppeting” is defined as “the act of creating a fake online identity to praise, defend or create the illusion of support for one’s self, allies or company.”[2]

The key difference between a sockpuppet and a regular pseudonym is the pretense that the puppet is a third party who is not affiliated with the puppeteer.”

Kansas, sockpuppet then is the same as troll?

I see it used in a similar manner anyway. Usually someone who doesn’t have a rational position they can defend, is the one who goes on a personal name-calling attack.

Or maybe the poster was truly looking for Sock Puppet buddies! (Hard to tap your foot on the blog though.)

    Well, different from a troll.

An example of a sockpuppet on a blog would be if a user, let’s say Chas makes a socketpuppet called “???” then uses that to purposely give ad hominem to me or users so his “good name” won’t be tainted.

The Liberals are the biggest abusers of sockpuppets as you can see it on a daily basis when they come out of no where and usually post the same time as the usual suspects ( within minutes)

I hate it when you ask if they can pass the sports page under the stall and there is a phone number written across the good stories.

Jed better yet is to write the number on all the bathroom stalls you find, and post it on the internet.

The evidence against Craig is flimsy at best. Most cops would have waited for Craig to say something indicating he wanted sex since talking proves intent.

Why sex (gay or straight) in restrooms is more important than this cop catching murders and rapists is beyond me.
