Father’s day should be the day you don’t have to play with the kids. It should be for total indulgence in manly pleasures. Yaaaar.

According to a 2005 complaint submitted to the DOJ’s inspector general’s office, voter suppressionkingpin Bradley Schlozman was purging female minority lawyers from the appelate section of the Civil Rights Division — each of whom had been hired under Democratic administrations — and replacing them with what he called “Good Americans”.

A number of those questions from senators centered on Schlozman’s efforts to purge the appellate section of the Civil Rights Division — the small, but important section that handles civil rights cases in the court of appeals. What were they getting at? An anonymous complaint against Schlozman sent to the Justice Department’s inspector general in December of 2005 spelled out the allegations. Schlozman is systematically attempting to purge all Civil Rights appellate attorneys hired under Democratic administrations,” the lawyer wrote, saying that he appeared to be “targeting minority women lawyers” in the section and was replacing them with “white, invariably Christian men.” The lawyer also alleged that “Schlozman told one recently hired attorney that it was his intention to drive these attorneys out of the Appellate Section so that he could replace them with ‘good Americans.’”

Well it meant a lot to Pat Roberts…nothing but cash day for him.
Yet nothing in the paper about years of political favors Roberts did for Bush.
Meanwhile Bush …. the man that has spread more hate and violence and responsible for the deaths of thousands of kids….gets movie star status…
It is all heartbreaking. And the pro fundraiser pro bush pro roberts rake in over a half million fundraiser with out question from the board…while the world is falling apart because of them.
The city of wichita and the state of Kansas deserve way better. From our local leaders and from our local media.
And the kids from the boys and girls club… and their parents… I wonder how many of them were invited to the Pat Roberts fundraiser with Bush
And I would like to know how many families that gave to the Roberts Bush fundraiser have kids serving in Iraq.
Should have made myself clearer earlier. On Father’s Day, the fathers ARE the kids. It’s the time for them to play! :)

So I was disappointed in Brewer for not calling it what it was.
Kids in Wichita deserve way better.
The British Academy of Medical Sciences said in a report released Sunday from a panel of quacks that creating chimeras from mixing the embryos and genetic material of humans and animals should be allowed because of the potential benefits to science and medicine. There is white girl tucked under Bush’s right arm in the Eagle picture. I saw her or some other in the news video.
I saw a young white boy make comments, what Bush said to him and others.
I wonder how often Pat Roberts will ever visit the facility again?
That’s what’s wrong. Our state representatives choose their pet projects and people, ignore other local programs.
It was fine Bush showed up here, it meant a lot to the people he met. I don’t hate the guy, he’s a disappointing President.
So, I wonder if Republican is still faking a disability so that he can collect welfare benefits?

One of the prosecutors in the Jo Co DA office is speaking out. I heard her last night. She left and is working for Morrison in Topeka now. She said Phill is ruining the DA’s office. She told many horror stories. A murderer was up for parole on Monday and no one from the DA’s office was there to represent the people of Johnson County. The attorney who should have been there was playing golf. She told of another case where the defendant was charged with 5 felonies and had no attorney (she called this a no brainer win) and Kline’s people let him plea down to a misdemeanor and time served. And Kline is calling that a win.
The only case he has won was that murder trial last week where the defendant’s mother testified against him. DUIs are being thrown out because evidence is lost. Criminal defense attorneys are lining up to get easy wins since the prosecutors are so incompetent. 20 of 32 attorneys in the DA’s office have left since January, some fired and some quit.
She said someone needs to file a FOIA and find out how much restitution has been collected and paid since January in Johnson County.
Here’s the best part: Phill is working 6 to 8 hours a week – for $143K a year.

bjb who had the worst performance of consumer protection in real dollars than many previous AG offices. Their office’s view seemed to be that consumers were just out to rip off legitimate corporations. Real nice. Real effective government – gag. The same bjb who never paid fines imposed by a court in either IL or IN for his abortion protest crimes. Jeez, it is too bad our AG in office now seems to have respect for the law and hires people who do, also.
There were some pretty simple reasons why Kline was so soundly defeated.
