Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., is a good choice to lead the Kansas delegation during the BIO International Convention, which runs Sunday through Wednesday in Boston. Roberts’ background on defense, agriculture and health care will help draw attention to Kansas at this international convention. Roberts also has long been a champion of increasing biotechnology and bioscience work in Kansas.

Could be, but the problem is to get him to finish the work and then tell someone what is the conclusion!
Roberts was the intelligence chief who couldn’t understand that mobile bio weapons labs were nearly impossible. Why would anyone want an idiot like that as a bio chief?
Didn’t those mobile labs turn out to be helium tanks for meteorological balloons?
Oh yeah. Bush’s senator is a great representative of kansas. The press will only want to ask him about his failure to produce the truth in his committee.
Hell, ya might as well send fred phelps. He’s about as good a rep for kansas as roberts.
Phillip–
You gotta be kidding me.
Roberts is “the status quo” in a suit.
He wouldn’t know innovation if it were a basketball sized wart on his backside.
Old Rubber Stamp is sure to put forward the position that his Republican handlers tell him to . . .
