It wasn’t Nicolas Sarkozy’s fondness for America that got him elected French president, though improved relations between our countries will be welcome. Rather, the conservative candidate won because the majority of French people finally realized, "C’est l’economie, stupide" — or "It’s the economy, stupid." Sarkozy wants to boost France’s lagging economy and lower its high unemployment by cutting taxes, reducing deficits and government subsidies, and loosening France’s strict labor laws. But what has even many of his supporters worried is how authoritarian Sarkozy will be on immigration and other social issues.

Socialist female loses, conservative man wins.
Looking good for 08!
Hank
France is not alone. Lost among the moralizing that we need to follow the European example (spit!) is that Europe may be backing away from the cradle to grave welfare state. It seems that some are discovering that full-blown socialism isn’t the paradise it’s cracked up to be (again, DUH). It’s antithetical to human nature.

Hopefully he can save France from the Muslim invasion, but doubtful. He may have to start actually sending them back as Australia has.
The code words the newspaper people use in Europe are “youths” so whenever you see the term “youths” put in Muslim. They are the ones that have the nightly “car-b-que” and torch about 2-300 autos per night. The news wont tell you who is doing it. It might be “offensive” so you have to dig.
Maybe he will grow a set, unlike the politicians here and start rounding them up and herding them across the border.
Issues like the Sanctuary being given the Illegal alien in a Chicago church can be seen for what the real issue is here:http://www.diggersrealm.com/mt/archives/002236.html
The churchs pastor is married to a far leftist leader of Sin Fronteras whose policy is the following:
“The Coalition for Immigrant Rights but it is obvious that we need much more than ‘reform’; we need radical social change.
We support a diversity of tactics in the struggle for revolutionary change. That said, we sincerely doubt that wearing red, white, and blue; lobbying the political parties; and pandering to the bourgeois press will bring us any closer to obtaining justice for migrants and their families, or any of the demands advanced by the Coalition. These strategies emphasize assimilation to the “American Way;” we don’t believe that assimilation to this racist and classist system is the basis for immigrants’ right to live and work here. Migration and freedom of movement are human rights.
So now you can see who these folks really are, they are not the little lawnmower you come in contact with. Their leaders are very dangerous Leftist of the South American type. Marxist mostly with a touch of MS-13 gangs.
These are the leaders in LULAC, MalDef and La Raza, and other far more radical ones in the ReconQuista (Reconquest of the West ) movement.
Oh, no . . . mrbill!
Looks like Sluggo handed him a few too many shots to the cranium . . . assuming there was anything there to start with.
France just elected their own George Bush. Apparently skin heads and neo-nazis voted in larger numbers this year.
From Hank’s posting, I cannot tell if he is happy that a female lost and a man or if a socialist lost and a conservative won.
I am more inclined to think he is happier because the man won. Typical Republican Male Conservative response.
