A recent Harris Poll indicated that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama has caught up to Hillary Clinton. The poll of 2,776 U.S. adults surveyed between March 1 and March 12 showed that 41 percent of them would consider voting for Obama — the same percentage who said they would consider voting for Clinton. In February, Clinton led 45 percent to 37 percent.

Could you articulate that a bit more Ross? I think I had some WhiteWater in my ears.
I don’t want Hillary. I think she would be exceedingly difficult to elect- especially against a more liberal Republican like Guiliani. I think Obama might be hard to elect too but not as hard as Hillary. She is tainted by too much scandel. While I will vote for whoever the Democrat is, I would rather it be Edwards or Richardson.
How much of a distraction will it be to her / Congress / Media / citizens if / when Bill is the “First Hubby”, and continues his philandering ways?
Support for Hillary Clinton is pretty much the same as a vote for for the Republicans. If she runs the Republicans will win. Like Kev, I would prefer Edwards. Not too sure that’s going to work out, though.
Fascinating! Only 20 months to go.
Fleet it is going to be a loooong 20 months I am afraid. Let them fight it out in the trenchs and the republicans will then nominate the next prez of the USofA.

ksgram is right. We’re going to see another GOP in the White House next time.
Neither Hitlery or Obama are electable, but I have to say that the Dems have the right idea this time – if not the right people…
Hitlery is pro-war, Obama, anti-war. No matter how badly the Senate screws up matters before the Primary – they will have a pro and a con to offset the damage. But in the run-up to the General, the GOP will pull ahead.
Edwards was never a contender to begin with, and now he is on the downhill slide after he paraded his terminally-ill wife in front of every camera he could find. Bye John Boy.
Where the GOP is concerned – I’m waiting for a Dark Horse. I don’t believe we’ve seen the candidate that will eventually get the nomination.
GOP?It WONT be McCain!
