It was a great speech. I especially like the part that Governor Sebelius made about reducing Corporate Income Tax, the corporate franchise tax up to $1 million, and reducing Unemployment Compensation expenses for companies.
A great pro-business governor indeed. :) Makes me proud. The pro-business agenda is undoubtly the most important issue we can do for our state.
BORING!!!!
Look how the left on this blog act. This is their level of discussion. Just to name call and have nothing substantial to say.
Just say: I HATE BUSH.
I hate bush
Ok so in reading the text of governor leadership’s speech, I see that she did indeed mention water.
Once.
“Our continued dependence on imported oil threatens our economy and our national security of this we have no doubt. But there also can be no doubt that our current energy sources are causing dramatic, even dangerous changes to our climate. For a state like Kansas, where a major segment of our economy relies on predictable weather, and where our entire population relies on a stable water supply, this has real consequences.”
WTF does THAT mean?
And what does she intend to do about the consequences of NOT having a “stable water supply”?
Third rail. She’s gonna run out the clock on water just like the preznit is running out the clock on iraq.
And the republicans?
hehehehehe. Steve Morris, from one of the dryer areas of the state, didnt mention water once.
Not even once.
I guess we’ll all just wait for, um WHAT? to solve our looming water crisis?
2008? 2010? 2012?
For hell to freeze over?
Girl, I’m considering showing up for this blog meet.I suppose you’re workin and can’t make it?
