This man has not been in the Senate that long. What could he possibly have done to the GOP to cause just hate for him? Perhaps because when he speaks it is with common sense and not all the legal mumbo jumbo? The man seems to be sincere in what he believes and I, for one, am proud of him because he says what he means and he means what he says. He does not live in Washington, D.C. His wife and kids remain in Illinois and he commutes to Washington, D.C. What a breath of fresh air - no signs of any sleazy politician here.
