Attorney General Phill Kline is trying to make his political troubles into a story of Christian martyrdom. He declares in a recent campaign letter: “My openness about my Christianity seems to be something that my opponent and his sympathizers simply cannot stand.”
Oh, please. As we point out in today’s editorial, Kline’s troubles have nothing to do with hostility to Christianity and everything to do with his poor judgment and cynical misuse of religion.
And former Republican Attorney General Bob Stephan said Kline’s attempt to portray his opponents as anti-Christian was “baloney.” He said people are turning against Kline “because of the way he’s conducted himself.”

How strange, I’m not feeling anti-christian. I love Christ. It’s Phill that I don’t care for.
I’m with you TRACY. Born-again Christian Stephen said it well.
What a phony. The worst. Can’t run on his record, so everything has to be everybody else’ fault.
At least someone has the guts to speak the truth and stand up for the unborn. People don’t realize how many crimes the abortion industry gets away with because most attoney generals dont have the guts to go after them.
Is that a threat? You know you can be arrested for less than that.
I will be at Spirit ONe Chistian Center Sunday Morning at 10:30 am bring your friends you are all invited
I have a feeling 12:54 was bogus.
Yep, somebody really likes me.Funny huh?
Now I’m signed in to typekey in case anybody questions who it is.
GOP Rep. Pays $500,000 to Ex-Lover Who Claimed AbuseThe Associated Press is reporting new details in the domestic abuse case of Republican Congressmember Don Sherwood. Last year, it was revealed Sherwood had an extra-marital affair with a woman who accused him of beating her. A source close to the case now says Sherwood has reached a $500,000 dollar settlement that would pay his ex-lover more than half the total until after the mid-term elections. The woman – Cythnia Ore – would be forced to forfeit some of the money if she speaks publicly about the case. Sherwood is known as a “family values conservative” and is currently locked in a tight race for re-election.
Boy. Nothing brings out the trolling dregs like a Philllllllll Kline thread.
Phil Kline must go. Just because abortion upsets some folks it does not open the door to invasion of privacy. Kline has a personal agenda problem, perhaps campaign money problems and I do not like that after being in office 4 years he cannot win on his performance. Washington D.C. money flowing into a state attorney generals campaign should raise many eyebrows.
Moreover it is time to put no more special interestfunding of political campaigns on the 2008 ballot.Get rid of all loopholes. Another project would be to runall neoconservatives out of the republican party and give the republican party back to america.http://www.republicansforchoice.com/partyunitypress.htm
Well, all these attacks are going to be fun to watch. Since I’ve already voted as have many others, not a topic Schofield can post to change that.
Let the hating begin!
Go for it Dems, show the world what your made of.
I too have voted. Sent in my absentee ballot yesterday. Straight Dem ticket. My vote for Morrison will be in the majority. Kansas IS a backward place. It’s just not as arcane as Kline and his sort would like. This will allow Dr. Barnett to continue his practice and Phill Kline to….probably take up window peeping full time.
Hey JR. I just canceled you out.
I would highly recommend advance voting. No lines. In and out in 5 minutes.
Plan to vote this evening. Have to work tomorrow so 9-4 is out. Anticipate a very split ticket.
If you are a ultra right wing Christian, the default defense for anything is that secular America has a bigotry against Christians. And further more, no ultra right wing Christian ever held any bigoted views — absolutely never. They “love you, just not your sins.” Talk about baloney.
Phil Kline exemplifies some of the biggest problems of the Republican Party — well at least the Rep that are most visible because of their awkward positions and lip service to Christian Conservatives. No doubt there are good Republicans (Mc Cain was once) but the most vocal and most noticed have been those that are most self serving (I’m sure you can apply that to the lefty Democrats too). The solution is to dump the extremists of both parties, and any that have violated the public trust. I think ALL our elected officials and gov’t employess be legally bound by the same honor code we expect of our Military:
“I WILL NOT LIE, CHEAT or STEAL, NOR TOLERATE THOSE THAT DO.”
That should resolve a few of the problems we have with our government.
BTW — I proposed that to every elected representative from the President down to our local officials — several thought it was a good idea, but weren’t willing to make it part of any official document. Ben Sciortino had the nerve to say the County Commission had more important things to do …..
Oh well, ya get what ya pay for — wait our county commissioners get paid almost 80k a year ? hmmmm How the hell did that happen?
I’m a native of Chicago — where not only do dead people vote — they vote 2 – 3 times — so where can I go around here to vote again !!!!
Well if Richard says the abortion industry gets away with all these crimes, then it must be true!
Tell us Richard, when was the last time you were in an abortion clinic and saw a crime?
Ben didn’t get my vote, poor fella.
My daughter and I voted today, and it was a good experience. No line. Let me repeat. No line. We were in and out in minutes and enjoyed the new touchscreen booths, complete with paper trail.
I appreciate the advance voting. It makes it easier for those of us who are tight on time…the reason I’ve had to skip some of the minor elections.
Ken,This is Kansas, where not only do the dead fail to vote, but many living people don’t either.
Uh oh…Phill Kline made national news
…Tiller’s later term abortion clinic…hiding child rapists…
Will be interesting to see the Eagle and Star’s take on it tomorrow. Those were the two paper’s that were identified as being against Kline’s investigation into abortion clinics.
Liberals get your shrill voices and arm flailing ready…it’s gonna explode…heh
senator pat roberts needs to resign..
Kansas is a whacko state. Wichita’s “famous” or “infamous” third-term abortionist is not a board-certified physician in any specialty, according to the American Board of Medical Specialties.
France is promoting child-raising. It gives money to encourage parents to have more children.
America has evolved into a society where children are no longer productive contributors to families’ well-being but now are very costly dependents, dare we say it “parasites”, who interfere with our dreams.
Due to law, there is an 11 day black out period before election day on campaign finance contributors and contributions. Morrison has vowed to release this information, as has Sebelius.
Kline’s position is that he is not legally required to do it, and therefore won’t. I wonder if he has something he’d rather hide.
http://www.kansan.com/stories/2006/nov/01/finance/?news
Noting JM’s post above, I would still like to bet that these “crimes” uncovered by Phill don’t amount to much. And my prediction that we would see some activity on these medical records before Tuesday was upheld. I am wondering though if Kline played his hand too early, will the story get forgotten before the weekend is up. It will be forgotten when it is revealed (as I have predicted) that the claims on crimes are weak — he might not have had to fess up to the weakness if Kline had announced his success on Monday.
The real question is will this November surprise be enough to help Phill — I am betting not, but we will see…
Anybody see the Eagle report on the pathetic performance of Kline’s Consumer Fraud Dept? Interesting philosphy in that dept. If the consumer fraud division demands restitution for consumers, Phill thinks they are shaking down legal businesses:
http://www.kansas.com/mld/kansas/15917624.htm
I don’t think we can afford 4 more years of Kline’s politically & ideologically driven office.
JM
Did you just wet yourself?
I don’t know ya well JM. SO I’ll not speculate on whether you care about child rape or not.
Kline CLEARLY does not. It is the cover he gives for doing his best to make a womans right to choose as difficult and inconvenient as possible.
I’ve heard nothing about Kline investigating under age womem giving BIRTH at HOSPITALS. Unless it can be shown that he has, his little crusade is as intellectually dishonest as I said it was.
“We’re not required to, by law, and we’re focused on getting re-elected,” Kline spokeswoman Sherriene Jones said.
from:http://www.hutchnews.com/news/regional/stories/funds110306.shtml
Sorry, this was the link I meant to provide.
If young girls who are the victim’s of sexual predators are having abortions to cover up the crime, then Tiller is falling down on HIS job. It’s the law that medical professionals report when they suspect abuse. If there actually are convictions because of what Kline uncoverd, then Tiller should be held accountable for failing to report. Abortion providers and clinics should be held to the same standards as other medical professionals and facilities.Abortion clinics are not some holy grail to be protected or sheltered from accountability.I remember having a pregnant 12 yr old in the hospital, you bet it was reported.
Contrast Kline’s position on sunshine with Morrison’s.
“We think it’s important to be as open as possible,” said Mark Simpson, Morrison’s campaign manager. “We’ll do it every few days.”
From the HutchNews link above.
Where is Meadowlark to tell me what this means?
“Abortion clinics are not some holy grail to be protected or sheltered from accountability.”
Of course not, Mary. Only in the fevered imaginations of people like Phill Kline is such a position held.
I will bet you a steak dinner (you name the place) that nothing comes from any investigation from these records.
Hmm, Quite Interesting…
Can anyone here explain to me why 10-15 year olds getting abortions is not something to be concerned about?
The girl’s age should not be the only factor in determining whether or not she should be investigated. 12 is terribly young, yes, but she and her 12 year old boyfriend could have been fooling around, and I refuse to call that sexual abuse. Counseling is absolutely needed. But just saying you’re going to investigate EVERY kid who ends up pregnant, I’m telling you, you’ll be sending those girls to a very dark place. Make them unafraid to come forward, then we can work on trying to fix what went wrong.
That’s a fair explanation PMom. Thanks.
What happens if the father is above 18 years?
The pregnant 12 yr old girl I refer to had a 32 yr old “boyfriend”. Yeah, she might have been fooling around with another 12 yr old, but if it wasn’t investigated, then the 32 yr old would have remained free to continue his sexual abuse. You just can’t turn a blind eye to these situations and hope for the best thinking that you’re protecting the victim.Steven, it’s my understanding that there were charges brought by the clinic investigation. Wasn’t it a father who impregnated his 2 young daughters? It sounds like there might have been some probable cause for the investigation. I don’t agree with what Kline did, if in fact, it was the way the media protrayed it. But, abortion clinics should have no special dispensation when it comes to reporting. That’s what really turned me off to John Kerry. It was during the debate with Bush when someone asked him why he didn’t support a parents right to know if their minor child was seeking an abortion. His reply was that he couldn’t support it because if a young girl got pregnant by her father and was forced to tell him that she was pregnant, then he might abuse her. How sick is that reasoning? It’s really better to let a child be sexually abused than to hold her abuser accountable because of the consequences SHE might suffer? If that’s the way to reason away accountability, then we are so lost.
Very good explanation Mary Caruso.
What do you think about this?Estrada Case (Child Rape in Sedgwick County)
“According to the charges against Estrada, he began raping the girls when they were 11 and 12 years old. The younger girl had twins in 2004 and another baby in 2005. The older girl had an abortion in 2004, then gave birth to a baby the following year.
Foulston (Sedgwick County DA) said her office never obtained anyabortion records, although it considered it. Because Estrada pleaded no contest, she said, he avoided a trial and there was no need for such records.”
In other words, Foulston had no interest going after the Abortion Clinic for violating the law by not reporting child rape.
I don’t know if Political_mom saw your question, but if the father is above 18 and the mother (or a girl not pregnant) is under 16 – the guy is toast. He is in trouble. What is interesting is how many of the victims want to not cooperate with these investigations. From what I have seen the guys usually are pretty inadequate and the girls are over-functioners who feel the need to protect their “man”. It is a pretty sad situation for all involved.
But Mary C. is right, if any physician or other health care provider has not reported suspected child sexual abuse, they can plan on not working any more. This fact alone, makes me doubt that Tiller would ever be that stupid.
I missed the Kerry statement you are describing, Mary. If that is what he said, it even surpasses some of his more recent foot in mouth problems.
I cannot see how Nola Foulston would ever be interested in giving a sex offender a break. That would be political suicide and she is a smart politician.
I am confused on the Kline claims that charges have been brought against offenders because of these records. If he just got them a week ago, how did Kline know that charges had resulted (as he claimed in the September debate with Morrison). It will probably take some time to find out what really has happened.
I should still be painted as skeptical about any desperate claims Phill might make at this late stage of his failed campaign.
By the way, I am by no stretch of the imagination an expert on abortion or the clinics availble…
but the two locations advertised on the Web where you could get abortions was here in Wichita (Sedgwick County)and Overland Park (Johnson County.)
One can draw their own conclusions about where the 90 records being sought by Kline are pointed to.
I still call it an underhanded attempt to subvert a womans right to choose.
But
Let us suppose for a minute that Kline is truly interested in pursuimg criminal behavior as opposed to his only alternative to making abortion a crime.
This is a seedy underside of society. But for a girl under the age of consent there is no answer here easy or otherwise. Put a magnifying glass on every case and you risk driving these young women out of that light. Their rapists or exploiters will not be caught and they will be forced to bare the child of the crime……or seek a less lit solution from a less qualified provider.
In the abortion records obtained by Kline from the Tiller Clinic, the identies of the person who received was marked out by the attorneys for the Tiller Clinic.
So, no identies are known, just medical facts of the case and some administrative forms.
I’m unsure how one would make the link to a father, unless the blood of the fetus was drawn and stored…or the patient stated the identity of the father which I assume would also be marked out by the attorneys.
Connie Morris is gone. Bonnie Huy is soon to be history. Kline, gone.
The next thing you know, this asylum isn’t going to be run by the inmates anymore.
As Kline puts it simply disagreeing with a Christian is the same as persecuting a Christian. So all those stories about Christians being persecuted in pre-Christian Rome is just a bunch of whining by losers who didn’t get their way. Compare that to Jews who got thrown in ovens, that’s real persecution, not that whiny ass crap Kline is sobbing about. What a wuss.
JM,
That’s the question I’ve asked twice on this blog. If the information of the father is not provided in the records, who will give it? Common sense says the girl would have to be the one. Just how far will Kline go to get those names of fathers?
In the case of rape, when a woman doesn’t know the identity of the rapist and maybe can’t even give a description, what good is it to have the medical files?
Kline is going after doctors who perform abortions. Period.
Does anyone other than Mary have any idea what can happen to the body of a 12-year-old giving birth?
While I personally don’t know anyone who has become pregnant because of incest, although I do know females who have been subjected to it, I do know girls who, if one parent (usually the father) had learned of a daughter’s pregnancy at a young age, the girl would’ve been horribly abused.
It’s really hard to make black and white decisions. That’s why there are counselors and doctors to help someone make the right decision.
JM, to answer your question about the 90 files, 60 of those were Tiller patients.
Today the Eagle went after Kline because, apparently, Kline isnt shaking down law-abiding businesses like some other, former, AG’sIn other words, Kline is supposed to leave abortionists alone, since abortionists are above the law, in the Eagle’s opinion.Abortionists would never, I mean, never break the late term abortion laws, and abortionists would never hide evidence of child rape in order to make a profit! However, if a fast food worker puts Mayonaise on a sandwich, well that is a case for former AG Stephan or Stoval?Where does Morrison stand on late-term Mayo when underage ketchup, only was requested?Does Morrison agree with Stephan and Stoval, should our AG waste time on botched fast food orders?—–By the way, I think Stephan is a funny guy, nice personality. However, didnt he leave office under a cloud?Stephan would have his past brought up, constantly, if Stephan still was on the Kline campaign, given current circumstances. As it is, Stephan rolled over for the Eagle. Now the Eagle doesnt bring up Stephans past.Dont get me wrong, I think Stephan got a raw deal more than once, but the Eagle would lead with Stephans problems if Stephan did not, now, agree with the Eagle.Selective publication.Selective scandal.Take a look at how many times the Eagle brought up Jerry McCoys problems when McCoy ran for office, against Jan Kennedy, and McCoy did far less than Morrison is accused of, and far less than Stephan was accused of.
When Phill Kline goes after all medical records from ALL healthcare providers for pregnant minor girls, THEN I will believe him in his quest to prosecute child rapists.
Until then, Phill needs to come clean with his real motives in getting just abortion clinic records. this just sounds too political to me.
You asked for my evidence so here it is: I heard audio tape of a 16 year old girl calling an abortion clinic telling them her boyfriend raped her and they just told her to put she is 18 on the paperwork, they will ask no questions, i heard audio tape of a 911 call that the procedure had gone wrong and they refused to comply with 911 dispacthers about the nature of the call and the woman died, ( i call that involuentary manslaughter), I heard audio tape of a 14 year old calling a abortion clinic victim of statutory rape, they told her they did not want details because they would be forced to report it. There is my evidence.
So Paul believes that we should ignore consumer fraud, saving those so-called law-abiding businesses and instead search through medical records to find…what?
Far more people are affected by consumer fraud than by abortions, but isn’t the law the law? Which doesn’t mean we should ignore breaches of law in the case of abortions. But should we give the AG the right to decide which ones to uphold and which ones not to?
There are always 2 sides, Paul. Try looking with something other than your myopic view.
So Richard, you are claiming that a 14 year old and a 16 year old called into Dr. Tiller’s office and you recorded the conversations? This somehow justifies Kline’s invasion into that businesses medical records? I’m assuming you are lying since that’s typical of a fundy.
Bill O’Reilly featured Kline for at least 10 minutes on his Friday show. That’s a huge block of free media for a candidate whose campaign in on the ropes. It’ll be interesting to see if it kick-starts or mobilizes his floundering effort.
Well, I dont know if it’s going to help his his re-election bid, but I sure am glad I no longer work for the Star or own Knight -Ridder/McClatchy stock.I hope the Star and Eagle got well paid for their efforts on Tiller’s behalf. They may need every cent of it to survive after that.I think the only thing in question now is when Tiller will be arrested.
I’m the one who brought up that suspected abuse is supposed to be reported. I know that as a health care professional and I’m held to the same standards.
If that was the case Mary, I agree with an investigation.
Richard, the audio tape you heard of Tiller’s clinic calling EMS.. when I call EMS, I’m instructed to only say whether or not we are transporting expeditiously or not. I cannot give details, and I don’t work in an abortion clinic. The reason? Patient confidentiality. Now when I work on EMS, I like to know what I’m coming into, however I can see how it does violate confidentiality. A call from the community will come out like this: “respond to xxx for a 27 year old unconscious female, possible diabetic.” It’s not a big leap for anyone with a scanner to find that address, and then find who lives there. Then it’s pretty easy to figure out that the only 27 year old female at that address is ___ and that well gee, she must be diabetic.
When I call EMS from the hospital the page comes across like this: “respond 10-39 (means lights and sirens, expedite) to the hospital for a transfer to (name of hospital). We don’t give a name, age, condition or anything.
That is the policy of the hospital I work for, and EMS and dispatch knows it.
Second, the person usually calling EMS from the hospital or clinic doesn’t necessarily know what’s going on with the patient. If you expect the doctors and nurses to actually leave the patient and come talk on the phone to dispatch just to give them information they don’t need, that’s abandoning the patient’s care.
Thirdly, on unknowns and most knowns too, EMS MUST respond 10-39. Because the unknown is unknown until there is a physical body on scene. So there is no reason for dispatch to know that information to be broadcast on the radio. Do you know how many ambulance calls I’ve been called and dispatch said ‘not feeling well’, I get on scene and the person is in the middle of a heart attack or stroke? Another reason EMS goes 10-39 to almost everything anyway.
So what was the problem with the secretary calling dispatch and not giving patient information, other than it didn’t give the anti-abortion folks information they weren’t entitled to in the first place?
Did you catch the O’Reilley Factor last night? The subject was “Killing Babies in America”. Tiller was featured and an interview with Phill Kline.
If you missed it go to http://www.foxnews.com/oreilly/then click on “Talking Points”.
Makes you wonder where the crack Eagle investigative staff has been. O”Reilley has evidence that dozens of 10 to 15 year old girls had abortions at Tiller’s clinic and NO reporting to authorities. Late term abortions with the sole justifications of “temporary depression”. No wonder Tiller has spent all of that politcal contribtion money trying to keep his dirty secrets hidden.
So how about it Eagle. Why nothing from you on this? Phill Kline is on to a pattern of of possibly illegal behavior and not only have you reported nothing, you are working to keep it hidden with the false pretense of privacy concerns. Embarrasing isn’t it?
How about you Mr. Morrison. What would you do if elected? Would you help stop this travesty? Or would you protect the predators who have abused these young girls?
Until we hear from you differently, as far as I am concerned, a vote for Paul Morrison is a vote for George Tiller.
To watch video per above, you will actually need to click on “Watch Talking Points” to right of the video screen.
Interesting that Kline illegally gives these records, that are supposed to be under seal, to a talk-show. And then he denies knowledge of doing so:
“”I don’t know what he’s referring to,”"
from the Eagle – linked on another thread:
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
O’Reilly said on the program Friday night that a source told his show abortion providers were performing late-term abortions because the women were depressed, a mental-health risk he said was insufficient. He also said dozens of abortions were done on girls ages 10 to 15 that were not reported to authorities.
O’Reilly interrupted: “Our information says that on almost every medical sheet — obviously we have a source inside here — it says depression. So, I don’t know whether you have that information or not, I don’t know, but that’s what it says.”Kline said the medical records he sought are under seal.”I don’t know what he’s referring to,” he said at a political rally in Wichita when asked about O’Reilly’s reference to getting the records from an inside source.
Looks like some investigative work should be done to find out who this inside source is and take care of him/her.
I don’t watch O’Leilly, preferring instead to keep my latest meal inside my stomach, not on the floor. But if I feel the need, I might check out the video. I’ll be sure to have a barf bag handy.
There are some problems with O’Reilly’s “reporting.” He is being very careful with his words. He never said he had the records or had even seen the records. All of his information comes from a source, and trying to guess who that source might be or where he/she came from is an exercise in futility and fiction.
O’Reilly said the source told him that in almost every instance, depression was on the medical report. He never said it was the reason for the abortion. Even Kline didn’t say it and alluded to it instead.
Something is fishy. I’m not at all surprised, considering the timing.
If someone gave those records to O’Reilly, which I highly doubt, then some kind of investigation is called for. Just the fact that this information, considered private and only for Kline’s investigation, is reason enough to investigate where O’Reilly got his information.
If, indeed, what Kline and O’Reilly are alleging is true, why not wait for real proof instead of using heresay? And that is not evidence.
Here’s where Kline’s snooping comes into question:
“Also, the doctor performing the abortion must obtain a second opinion from an independent physician, and the reasons for the procedure must be stated in writing and reported to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.”
“But Thompson {Tiller’s attorney} said Tiller’s records have been reviewed in the past by both a Sedgwick County grand jury and the State Board of Healing Arts, which licenses doctors, without findings of wrongdoing.”
http://www2.ljworld.com/news/2006/nov/01/kline_says_office_received_abortion_records_week_a/?politics
Apparently, Kline doesn’t believe anyone except himself.
Kline know if he can get the ’suffering martyr badge’ he might have a shot.
I agree RD, when I watched the video, O’Reilly is taking suspicion and stating it as fact. Seems like nothing but conjecture on his part. If he wants to be believable, why not be more open about the evidence he claims he has? Why would anyone believe anything he says anyway, he’s nothing but a talking head for the rightwing extremists. If it’s true that Tiller has covered up abuse and illegal activity, then he deserves to be investigated, but I would never take Bill O’Reilly’s word for anything.
Bill Oreilly is full of piss and wind. It’s no surprise that Kline appeared on his show for political mudslinging purposes. He’s trailing, and he needs to increase his conservative PR. Personally I think Klein’s just into “golden showers.”
Ewwwwwwww
Well, well. It seems Tiller’s attorneys will be asking for an investigation of Kline and how the information got to O’Reilly.
On another yet Evangelical note, some members of the Spirit church were asked by police to leave the ped overpass on Kellogg. They were holding a big banner…probably causing a lot of rubber-necking by motorists. Just what we need on a busy Saturday. The police said they had warned the church a day or two ago not to do it.
Hey RD!
Too pretty a day to do much blogging.
But I DID see you questioning the timing of Kline getting those records and the Oreilly bit.
It would seem that Dr Tillers attorneys agree with you.
I just heard on KSN news at 10 that Tiller’s attorneys will petition the Kansas Supreme court Monday to appoint a special prosecutor to look into this!
Dammit RD you and I are watching the same news! This is not the first time great posters beat one another to the punch!
JR,
I was watching channel 3. Had just gotten home and finished watching the end of L&O:SVU again.
Here’s a little more from AP on it:
Kansas Abortion MD wants O’Reilly Probe
TOPEKA, Kan. – An abortion doctor plans to ask for an investigation of the state attorney general and Bill O’Reilly over comments by the Fox television host that he got information from Kansas abortion records, the doctor’s attorneys said Saturday.
Dr. George Tiller said he will ask the Kansas Supreme Court on Monday to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate and take possession of the records of 90 patients from two clinics.
(and)
It wasn’t clear Saturday whether O’Reilly’s source had broken state or federal laws by divulging patient information or whether O’Reilly or his staff had viewed any records themselves. A request to Fox in Washington to interview O’Reilly or someone associated with his show wasn’t answered Saturday.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20061105/ap_en_tv/kansas_attorney_general_o_reilly;_ylt=AtZO7tVhRFumFEvvrCwssxlY24cA;_ylu=X3oDMTA3YXYwNDRrBHNlYwM3NjI-
It’s all okay now, fellow liberals. Billo has taken on a new demon – he’s after HORROR movies.
That’s right – The No (ha, ha, snort!) Spin Zone is hot on the trail of Saw II and other gory horror flicks.
I feel sooooooooooo much better now.
So,If Kline wins he may face a day in court, as the defendant.
I could ALMOST hope for a Kline win so the special prosecutor could go forward and drag this out. ALMOST, but not quite.
Here is hoping for speedy justice for Kline. Indict him and Oreilly after Kline is voted out but before his term ends sounds sweet to me.
steve – would Kline prosecute himself?
