Tougher winters, or car-bomb bingo?

Quick, where would you rather live: Baghdad or Stockholm?
A growing number of Iraqis agree. While Iraqis have been streaming out of the country since the war began in 2003, the exodus is accelerating and Sweden has become a favored destination. It’s not for the climate. Exiles cite Sweden’s relatively lax immigration laws, compared with the increasingly restrictive ones in Denmark, Britain and the rest of Europe.
While you wonder how this might transform Sweden in the years to come, the larger question is what mass emigration means for Iraq.
Those who leave are presumably those with the brains, the means and the most to lose — just the sort of people you want for a stable government and economy. Iraq might now have elections, but the middle class is voting with its feet.

Wouldnt it be wonderful if the Board would be more concerned with the massive illegal immigration flood in this country.

The Euro problem is out of control and about to explode on TV with the current Paris Intifada. 200 cars per night are currently burned with over 50,000 French police in the suburbs. That is HALF the size of our troops in Iraq – perhaps John Murtha will be calling for a “redeployment” of the French police..?

But the French papers and the Euro papers only represent the people doing this burning as the ever present “YOUTHS” which is Euro-speak for Muslims. In 20 years both France and Britain will be Islamic states with their massive influx of Algerian muslims due to the usual liberal white guilt, and high birth rates.

Dearborn Michigan already is majority Muslim and they just bought the Catholic dioceses there as they moved out.

Its in the process of happening here now. Calif is majority mexican, Tex will be in 5 ears, Ariz soon, then New Mexico. So I’m guessing there could be some car-b-ques here to. Likely a Second Mexican War.

Sould be a load of fun though.

Corporate America could care less about ruining our country. All they see is the short term profits, not the long-term repercussions of uninhibited mass immigration.

    Tough winters or car-bomb bingo?

Ask a Parisian, they get both, they’ve been having carbombs go off and attacks on police for the PAST YEAR, which the liberal press has largely swept under the rug.

mrbill – California, Texas, New Mexico all had large Mexican populations long before they had any Anglos. They were Mexico long before they were captured and annexed into the United States.

There are a number of differences that have distinguished the two situations. I guess what I am saying is that I have more sympathy for the plight of the Aborigines who have difficulty finding work, and who are constantly pursued by police, than I do for Arab immigrants in France. I am also saying that the underlying motives of the French Intifada are the driving force of some of the most disgusting things that have come to light:

    1. youths set a disabled woman alight. She was assisted by the bus driver and she suffered burns to 30 per cent of her body. (at least the Aborigines never went that far).

    2. Several police were wounded after they were ambushed at a housing estate in Grigny. Two of the injured police officers received wounds to the neck and legs. Who supplied the guns to these allegedly out of work youth?

    3. A child was injured as a result of rock throwing incidents. The child is in a serious condition in hospital. What did this innocent child do that it ended up being injured in such an horrendous way?

    4. The riots have spread throughout the whole of France. Churches have become the target, as well as cars, general infrastructure, buses etc. Hmm.. now why would a church be attacked? Would it have something to do with the religion of the majority that they would seek out and severely damage a church? Well I say make them pay for this damage to Church property.

    5. The moderate Muslims from the Grand Mosque in Paris have issued a fatwah in an effort to stop the riots. However, the youth do not seem to be listening to such a source. I guess the members of the Grand Mosque are not members of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Nazi parallelsRadical Islamists like Osama bin Laden are not traditionalists. The idea of individual jihad — separating jihadist decisions from the Muslim community — is a radical departure. But it is important for recruiting potential terrorists.

Over the past 30 years, the Muslim population in Europe expanded rapidly from a few hundred thousand to more than 20 million. Muslims there and in the United States are arguing over their role in Western societies: Should they integrate, seclude themselves, or convert the West to Islam?

Many Muslims in Europe are content to be law-abiding, culturally integrated citizens. But an increasing number feel some degree of alienation. Many are beginning to believe that they have a religious duty not to integrate.

Radical Islam, sometimes accurately called Islamo-fascism, has all the “advantages” the Nazis had in Germany in the 1930s. The Islamo-fascists find a Muslim population adrift, confused and humiliated by the dominance of foreign nations and cultures. They find a large, youthful population increasingly disdainful of their parents’ passive habits.

Just as the Nazis reached back to German mythology and the supposed Aryan origins of the German people, the radical Islamists reach back to the founding ideas and myths of their religious culture. And just like the Nazis, they claim to speak for authentic traditions while actually advancing expedient and radical innovations.

The Islamo-fascist mullahs encourage young Muslims not to turn to their parents for guidance on choosing a wife (or wives). Nor are young Muslims to be guided by parental or community disapproval of making an individual commitment to jihad. They are allowed to drink alcohol, shave their beards and commit what otherwise would be judged immorality in a Muslim — in order to advance jihad.

Postmodern radicalismIn many ways, these radical Muslim fundamentalists are postmodern, not pre-modern. They are designing a distinctly Western, fascistic version of Islam that is less and less connected to the Islam of their Middle Eastern homeland.

Radical Western Islam brings the combative strength and deep faith of authentic traditions while constantly modifying itself to best attack liberal, secular European and American institutions.

The radical Islamists are able to rationalize concessions to modernity with ancient-sounding mumbo jumbo while still sounding like authentic fundamentalists, the only true voice of Islam.

The Nazis overwhelmed German society with these methods 70 years ago. There is building evidence that the radical Islamists are moving ever more successfully down the same path — particularly within the younger generations in Europe and, to a lesser extent, in the United States.

Many young Muslims in Europe, and some in America, particularly second- and third-generation Muslims, cannot be considered part of a diaspora. They no longer are strongly connected to their family’s country of origin, nor do they intend to return.

Instead, they are forming their own Muslim consciousness from the Internet, books, videotapes and audiotapes.

The Internet offers many radical Islamic “experts” and mullahs who function like Dear Abby. European Muslims pose questions on everything from whether to be polite to infidels to how to prepare for jihad. The immediate answer often is a hodgepodge of Koranic citations, quotes from ancient scholars and personal advice.

Within this constantly morphing digital environment, an increasingly radical Islam is emerging in Europe. Disconnected from their homelands, isolated from their non-Muslim neighbors and fellow workers, alienated from their elders, Europe’s young Muslims find a weird, disembodied, globalized radical Islam appealing.

Struggle for survivalMuslim sections of Paris, Rotterdam and other European cities already are labeled “no-go zones” for ethnic Europeans, including armed policemen.

As the Muslim populations — and their level of cultural and religious assertiveness — expand, European geography will be “reclaimed” for Islam. Europe will become pockmarked with “little Fallujahs” that effectively will be impenetrable by anything much short of a U.S. Marine division.

Not only will Islamic cultural aggression against a seemingly passive and apologetic indigenous population increase, but the zone of safety and support for the actual terrorists will expand as well.

If the current leaders of Europe do not respond to the Islamist threat boldly and effectively, the common European people might decide to defend their culture as vigilantes. In that case, Europe again will become a bloody urban battleground.

This would be a temporary tragedy for liberal principles of governance, but at least would secure Europe from Muslim domination over the next half-century.

The harm of a vigilante effort against the radical Islamists can be mitigated, if not avoided, if the governments themselves will lead the struggle for European cultural survival.

Come on , get real people, the whole “immigration” issue is just one big fat smoke screen to divert attention from the real issue: the middle class has been ripped-off by our government since the mid-80s. Yeah, worry about immigrayion. But don’t worry, for example, that we have a dysfunctional health carse system and a catastrophic illnes might force you into bankruptcy(or worse).

Actually, the question may arguably be this. If you actually believe in a free Iraq, but you find yourself stuck with the utter clusterfuck provided by George Bush, then the best choice may well be Stockholm or anywhere else?

From a Libertarian/contrarian economist (and certainly no fan of socialism), Tyler Cowen of George Mason:

“I won’t dwell on the beauty of Stockholm, the quality of the seafood, or the intelligence and good judgment of the people. Swedish women seem OK too, and Swedish Impressionist painting is underrated. I even liked the place in December. But what I enjoy most about Sweden is the sense of freedom.

Let’s be blunt: much of this freedom stems from government, and what you get is freedom from other people. People are not less free of the tax man, but in Sweden you don’t need other people very much to insure your economic well-being. You can do your own thing, without much fear (relatively speaking, of course) of personal oppression from others. You really can choose which personal relationships you wish to have. Autonomy reigns. The Swedish family is, of course, fractured. For all of its collectivist reputation, Sweden is the land of the true individualist, sometimes verging on atomism. At will you can go off into the woods and eat your lingonberries, weather of course permitting…

But Sweden (or should I say Stockholm?) remains one of the best places in the history of the world to date, and we are fooling ourselves if we don’t recognize that.”

The day is soon coming when ALL non-Whites are going to be expelled from Sweden and all of Europe. And, after all the raping, drug dealing, welfare sponging vermin are gone or dead, then the democratic multiracialists will be put to death slowly and publicly for letting them in!
