But who’s the wicked queen?

A Rasmussen poll confirms the conventional wisdom that state Sen. Jim Barnett, R-Emporia, is the front runner among GOP challengers to Democratic Gov. Kathleen Sebelius. Still, it suggests she would beat Barnett with 49 percent of the vote to his 36 percent. If former House Speaker Robin Jennison of Healy emerges the winner of the Aug. 1 primary, the poll said, he’d only get 31 percent of the vote against Sebelius.
And with the GOP contenders numbering seven as of last week’s filing deadline, The Kansas City Star’s Buzz Blog passed along this inevitable label for the race, credited to an unnamed “wag”: “Snow White vs. the Seven Dwarfs.”

That would be Sen. Barnett’s running mate, Susan Wagle!

You mean susan “I make my money from gambling but you cant VOTE on it” wagle?

    That one?

Or maybe Kathe Decker? Isnt she cantfield’s token female wingnut?

Lots of wicked queens to chose from in the kansas gop this year. The Kansas Koulter girls. Susan, Kathe, Connie Morris, Bonnie Huy, Brenda Landwehr, and the list could go on.

Shrill, conservative, mean and self righteous.

    Yep. Kansas Koulters.

Now that is one nasty group of “women”!

I think you forgot Kay O’Connor, the prototype of them all!

OMG, well, not enough coffee I guess. Of course you cant name the Kansas Koulter’s without Kay O’Connor!!

Thanks for the reminder. She is so irrelevent even I forgot about her.

Irrelevant??????? Good Ole’ Kay has said that the real problems in this country began when women were given the right to vote. What a visionary!

Seriously though………the conservative Repug bashing shall commence shortly among the seven dwarfs. It ought to be a good show!I wouldn’t say Sebelius is a shoe-in for re-election but with the potential candidates against her, it is looking very likely. There really isn’t a true moderate among the the Repugs and if there is one, the right wingers will never accept them.

KSFG – you sound pretty shrill, mean and self righteous yourself. Most of your blogs are filled with hate and name calling. You must really be one unhappy person. It is pretty rare that you have something nice to say about anyone. Now you do seem to come close to having nice things to say when someone is praising you but not others.

Are you just so opposed to people that are willing to publicly (unlike yourself hiding behind the blogs) stand up for what they believe in? I do not support everything they say or do but I have to at least give them credit for being willing to take a public stand for what they believe in. They do so knowing that not everyone will believe as they do and that they are putting themselves up for public criticism.

But heaven for bid is someone should criticize you just behind the mask of a blog. You go off like a raving maniac showing a lot of hate, meanness and name calling. These are the very things that you criticize these women for. So it appears that YOU ARE THE SHRILL, MEAN AND SELF RIGHTEOUS ONE.

KSFG…………I think you hit a sore spot with Ruby. Could this be because she affiliates herself closely with all the above named “women”?

    heheheheheheheheheheheh Apophis.

Or maybe because she IS one of those aforenamed women?

    heheheheheheheheheheeeeeeeh heh!

Damn but the truth hurts, doesnt it?

I notice she never answered grandma’s question about how much she gets paid. OF course, with her level of perfection, ruby probably doesnt NEED to get paid.

Maybe if the rubester would show up at the meetups, she would know I am not hiding behind the blog. I even brought my girlfriend to the last one, and we managed to refrain from having sex in public (much to the dismay of the straight guys :) so there was no need to shy away.

But then, if RUBY is hiding something, like her identity, that would explain why she and gertie/barb/rockl/sts/truthiness/ never show or reveal their identity. Just an endless stream of nics.

Come one ruby, I’ll show you mine (name) if you show us yours. You first though, since it is easy to find out about me already. Show us YOUR real name and I will show mine.

    heheheheh.

Do you think she trolls me or just certain “key words” like the professional trolls. She almost always shows up on a thread about governor leadership.

In the article about paid trolls, someone suggested we start calling them “prolls”. The article noted that bots are searching active blogs for certain key words, and then dispatching someone to disrupt the conversation.

“Here proll, proll, proll, here prolls”.

I wonder if that is how ya call them without the key words?

‘Kansas Koulters.’ ksfarmgrrl, gettin’ off to a good start today.

As for wicked queens, does Kay O’ Conner have any competition? She’s just mad she wasn’t born Phyllis Schlafly–or the Farside lady.

Well. I see it’s time for MOTHER to wade in, since this thread appears to be about the wicked queen. Having been fairly wicked in my time, I have insight into this matter.

My dear friend, KFG, hit the list running. It truly amazes me that so many women in this state can have such a sour outlook on life. They really need to shave their pits, get that boob job and stroll Broadway some evening. Give themselves a taste of what men were put on this planet for: to serve us women.

Take Connie Morris for example. That woman used to be a doper, smoker and midnight toker. Then what does she up and do? Turns herself into a self-rightous freak of nature. Good grief, how does a woman like that get herself elected? Are all the voters in her distict total prudes?

Good God, I think I’m going to swoon after thinking of all the prudes living in Kansas. Where are the real men and women? MOTHER could use a few right now.

Some enlightened entertainment for those still ready, willing and able.http://kansascattlequeen.blogspot.com/

    Dear MOTHER,

Being a straight male myself and all, I appreciate the occasional reminder that there really is no snark like snark from coastal queens–right or left. I suspect ksfarmgrrl will agree.

Pretty damn good blog, btw. Polka dots!

Well, it’s certainly been whispered that ‘ol Fred Phelps never could pass up a men’s room at a rest stop. But I’m not sure that qualifies him to be a ‘queen’; a bit too self-hating.

BBC Blows The Whistle: African-American Voters Scrubbed by Secret GOP Hit ListFriday, June 16, 2006

Posted by The Dean of Cincinnati

The BBC got its hands on secret memos from the Republican National Committee on the exclusion of black voters. We saw this going on here in Ohio in 2004, but had no evidence that it was the result of a DELIBERATE, NATIONAL STRATEGY.

    We do now.

Where, you might ask, was the vaunted “liberal” media that has rescued the Bush presidency repeatedly with a non-coverage worthy of the old Soviet media? Where, you might also ask, was the so-called opposition, the Democratic Party?

    Good questions.

For the present, let’s again be grateful to “our cousins” for not beingasleep at the switch….
