Sigh . . . more national attention for Kansas

“Phill Kline has produced the ‘Reefer Madness’ of teenage sexuality,” Ellen Goodman wrote in her nationally syndicated column last week. She also recounted some of the surreal testimony in the Wichita case about what teenage sexual activity must be reported to the state. She mentioned, of course, Kline saying that oral sex may be OK if it is performed by a girl but not if by a boy. And she highlighted one of the state’s “expert” witnesses, who said that when girls have sex, they aren’t doing, “they have been done to.” Goodman’s conclusion: “I can only hope that the judge overturns the idea that health workers and educators have to report petting as if it were pedophilia.”

“They have been done to”.Clearly not, with Kline’s bizzare thoughts on oral sex.

Without trying to be graphic…what male has ever pressured his girlfriend to recieve rather than give— ok, I’m done. This is way-too-wierd.Luckily, health care workers are fiercely protective of their patient’s privacy, with confidentiality being such a profound ethical obligation. I seriously doubt the AG’s gonna get his hands on any dirty reading.

Don’t you just hate it when all a woman want is to be “done to” guys?

And she highlighted one of the state’s “expert” witnesses, who said that when girls have sex, they aren’t doing, “they have been done to.”

Gee if this expert is female, I bet her other half sure would like to know if there is a trade-in policy of women.

If it is a male, his concept of the female of our species is in line with the center fold in Playboy.

See, this is why my devoting an entire thread on Kline-bashing is morally justifiable. ;)

    He’s history. Kiss him goodbye.

He’s on the “off ramp” to oblivion . . .

Kline needs serious therapy. It’s scary how all these weirdos get elected to office.

If a guy does it to a girl, it’s bad; if a girl does it to a guy, it’s good. So we extrapolate and a girl doing it to a girl is, what okay? Maybe? Bad? And a guy doing it to a guy is, what, okay? Maybe? Bad?

kfg, you might want to save the party time untill after the next election. I have a premonition a lot of current Kansas politicians will be looking for work. O, hell, party anyway, we only live once, dear. Maybe we can even hire some of the same ex-pollies as strippers.

A musing: During sex, “been done to,” after sex, “been done with?” Is this a basically the beginning of explicit legalisation on sexual objectification of women?

Kline is trying to force the state’s health-care workers to manufacture his peculiar brand of porn! He’s a pervert who gets off on reading about teen sex. If the court gives him access to all these records, I hate to think what the underside of his desk will look like!
