Karl Rove may not be out of the woods in the Valerie Plame investigation.
“Everyone thinks it is over for Karl and they are wrong,” a source close to Rove told The Washington Post. The strategist’s legal and political advisers “by no means think the part of the investigation concerning Karl is closed.”

Karl Rove is up to his neck. All that’s left is the noose.
Two years and what do we have, or better yet, don’t we have:
No conspiracy charges even though our neocon/Zionist mob created and fed us bogus intelligence;No indictments for the amateurish Niger yellowcake forgery;
No indictments for, or even the slightest interest in, the illegal invasion of Iraq;
Not even a mention of corrupt, little Israel even though this illegal war was fought for “The Realm”;
No indictments or mention of the deeply corrupt relationship existing between the US and Israel that bought the war with bribes to Congress, administration officials, even upper-level CIA;
The illicit role of the rest of the Neocons, inside and outside government, including Feith, Wolfowitz, Bolton, Wurmser, Hannah, Pearl, Ledeen, Franklin etc.
It ain’t over til it’s over.
Cross your fingers and say please please please every hour Melissa, maybe your dream will come true!
JOE BLOW EATS CROW!
There, that post was on about the same level as Joe’s.
Yea but Rove’s neck is covered with teflon ….. nothing will stick here! We are above the law in Washington! Besides GW will give him a presdential pardon for being his front man. We keep brining up spin factors like the human bird flu to distract the stupid public. In time we will all forget about Rove, Plame, Treason, WMD, 911, and Iraq too!
Your friend in Washington
I won’t
Ed, I can’t believe you were really short on words that time!
Tracy
This is serious Stuff, as treason has been committed by the President of the United States.
The neoconservatives in the White House also have planned to overthrow our constitutional government.
Call it something else, they do, but it still comes back to High Treason.
The President has used a series of lies to circumvent our constitution and destroy its purpose little by little with reckless disregard, time and time again.
That is the neoconservative plan and that treasonous plan is well underway.
The President of the United States has committed so many war-crimes, that this country cannot join the world Court in the Hague for fear of the President being indicted.
That is about as serious as it can get.
Ed I totally agree with that post.’Nuff said.
Great post Ed. I agree.
If more than 2,000 American soldiers and many more thousands of Iraquis not been killed, if more than 300 billion dollars had no been sqaundered to greedy US coporations, I should call this time to celebrate!
But facts are facts (regardless the rights attempt to manipulate them) and the damage is done.
A tide of righteous indignation is rising. And save those who seem to afford bush the status of the second coming, it is getting beyond party lines.
Rove won’t step down, he doesn’t want to. bush won’t ask him to.
So, with much thought on the death and waste they have caused, many in America will watch and smile as one after another the bush administration falls. Victims of their own arrogance and megalomania, they will rest in confidence of a coming Presidential pardon. They will hold their breaths and pray that bush will complete his term, before he begins his sentence.
