There’s no politics in baseball

Superstitious baseball fans should leave politics out of their curse theories. Curses should center on baseball-related blunders and the occasional farm animal. But, as Rhonda pointed out in an earlier posting, Hillary Clinton has been blamed for the Yankees’ recent postseason failures. And now President Bush is being blamed for the Astros’ World Series loss and the entire state of Texas’ baseball woes.
I bet Bush wishes he had only baseball to worry about right now.

But of course the Astro’s loss is Bush’s fault..isn’t everything? The hurricanes, global warming, and probably Asian bird flu as well. And, let’s not forget, that since FEMA was not in Florida helping every single person within 3 minutes of the hurricane’s passing, that Bush doesn’t like old people…or Cubans…or whoever else lives there.

And why stop there? Let’s blame the Civil War on Bush, the loss of Apollo 11 as well as the entire disastrous economic policy of Jimmy Carter on GW.

What? How did they manage to lose Apollo 11? Then it is true, that the Moon landing on 20th of July 1969 is nothing but HOAX!
