Nervous over Bush’s next big hiring decision

President Bush’s decisions to send John Bolton to the United Nations and Paul Wolfowitz to the World Bank were kind of like handing the orchestra’s baton to the music critic. Those and Bush’s selection of his personal attorney for the Supreme Court also make you wonder what’s coming soon to the Federal Reserve, when chairman Alan Greenspan retires. Is Bush’s personal accountant queued up and ready to go? Just kidding — I hope.

    Oh Noes! :(

I forgot about Greenspan retireing. After picking Harriet (unqualified) Miers, I have basically lost confidence in Bush now.

Bush will consult Ariel Sharon and appoint a zionist all in an effort to help Israel take over the Middle East. We will bend and pervert our monetary system all in the name of “Jew oil”.

Did I just say that???? Whew…. Reading too many Ed Friedemann posts. :-))

It is not unlikely that Dubbya will pick a close associate. Maybe one of his family’s banker or wall street buddies.

Here this blog goes again.. dreaming up things in the future to bash Bush over. I thought there were plenty of things to complain about now, without dreaming up things that may or may not even happen.

How about we start a whining list of the crime bill he introduces next year. Or complain about his state of the union address–in 2007.

I know he has done a bunch of less than admirable things.. but this is beyond ridiculous to be dreaming up things in advance to whine about.

Sad…to hate someone soooo much that you have to invent new things to complain about.

Let’s face it – whomever Bush appoints to take over the Fed. Reserve will be appointed based on politics and position and not qualifications.

How about a thread on the latest revelations about Ronnie Earles grand jury shopping, and the fact that the charges he brought in the first indictment were for something that wasnt illegal when Delay allegedly committed them????????…………….Well?

Sorry for deviating from the subject at hand.

Your right of course there is nothing we can do about anything that G.W does. The whinnig just covers up the sound of sobbing.

Most people don’t even realize that the Federal Reserve isn’t federal at all.Not a government agency, never has been.

Neil Bush is a good guess. But my money is he appoints Ken Lay.

Tom Delay would be another predictable choice from bush. I think DeLay will need a new gig soon and he is versed in “handling” fiscal issues.
