Now, Wichita school board can move on

Kevin Graham did the right thing last week by resigning from the Wichita school board, in the wake of his arrest for allegedly trying to cash two bad checks and the revelations of his long history of personal financial problems. He has yet to be charged with a crime related to the arrest, but as he said in his resignation letter, his legal woes had made his membership on the board “more distracting than beneficial.” With school boards being held ever more accountable by legislators and taxpayers for every public dollar they spend, the Wichita board could not afford to let its reputation get tangled up in Graham’s. Now, it can move on.

You mean like passing bad checks to raise money for schools?

Yeah, Damoon, that’s it. Except when the government does it it’s called raising taxes and having a bond issue.

It has come to the point where I expect black politicians and snivel rights leaders to be corrupt! Why do blacks always feel entitled to everything and responsible for nothing?

Yep, too bad poor ole Kevin couldn’t float a bond issue to cover his financial ineptness.

Ian, I don’t think the guys at Westar were black. They ripped us all off. I don’t think you can sterotype greed, it crosses all racial and socioeconomic lines, just like bigotry.
