I hope people can put this sale to use. I’ve gone in the past and never found a book worth picking up. Nothing I’m interested in, out of date, or terrible condition is all I’ve found. That said, I’ve also seen people walking out with a stack of books so check it out, it might have what you need/want.
The Friends of the Wichita Public Library Used Book Store is also a good place for inexpensive books year-round and the money always goes to a good cause: your public libraries. It’s located in the lobby of the downtown library (223 S. Main) and is usually open during regular business hours. It’s staffed by volunteers, so hours may vary.
