Cougars spotted. Flamingos escaping from the zoo. Alligators in the ditches. Kansas is getting wilder and scarier by the minute. Where is Marlin Perkins when we need him? Now if we can just get that Buffalo Commons out in western Kansas, this state will be an honest-to-goodness Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom.

Eco-tourism in Kansas? Maybe! Just maybe! :)
Dear Randy,
Mr. Perkins is dead. Sorry to break the news to you.
Sincerely,
Hank
So, instead of the abortion capital, we’re going to become “Wild Kingdom?” Can’t hardly wait.
Add the moose in the northwest part of the stae and the armadillos coming in from the south, throw in a few others just for good measure and we have a tourist attraction that could rival the “well”, the “twine” and maybe even “Oz”
